每次乘坐這路公車都一樣
讓我懷疑，我是否迷途到了異域
還是我的故鄉已改了面目？

還是被大眾的口水噴成這個樣子的？
總之，這已不是原來的故鄉了
那個清純的，沒有雜質的才是我的故鄉！
那個農作物茂密生長，綠滿大地的所在
那個鳥飛蝶舞蟲唱的所在
那個雞犬相聞的所在
那個人們個個純樸滿臉堆笑的所在
才是我的故鄉
是個極純美的詩鄉
現在已改變了
科技的發達，人心的改變
是PM2.5給污染成的
是大眾噴出的口水噴成的
以致我都認不出故鄉了
故鄉，故鄉已變了樣
我哪裡去尋找？
我已失了鄉
我要的是那個原始的純美的
詩鄉
在異鄉
即使天天思鄉我也甘願
甚至失了鄉我也甘願
只要潮州的潮字不被讀成潮流的台語音
我便心滿意足
註：據新聞報導，潮州火車站是全台灣污染最嚴重的地方，潮州鎮洪鎮長也在鎮公所掛出污染警告旗幟，提醒鎮民防污。
