【大紀元3月17日訊】大紀元記者唐青報導/以下照片由紐約中國宗教迫害真相調查委員會主席李世雄提供。謹以此文獻給今日(3月17日)開幕的第59屆聯合國人權大會。不需要太多的語言，這就是江澤民宣稱的“中國人權最好時期”。

記者詢問為什麼能夠拍到這些照片？李世雄說，是由其他警察的家屬拍的，這些家屬是家庭教會成員，他們冒著危險拍的。他們跟這些警察混熟了，隨便拍一些照片，也拍其它的，警察天天打人，習以為常，不覺得怎么樣。有的警察甚至覺得這是將來向上級“報功請賞“的證据。在照片中有些警察是以打人為樂，作為他的“工作”。如果他警覺了，在監獄大門外拍照被發現就會逮捕你。李世雄說，他知道國內有20個信徒試圖去監獄里拍照被抓了。

＊“1万多人被迫害致死”

李世雄在今年寫給國際奧委會主席的信中將中共領導人比作二戰元凶希特勒。他指出，某些人打著國家与民族等旗號，行病態的個人主義野心家之實，在“國家法律”的名義之下搞合法的恐怖。李世雄批評國際社會認同，以至故意“看不見”國家恐怖主義的做法，不僅直接導致了世界各地恐怖主義的蔓延，刺激了恐怖分子的神精、堅固了他們的信心，甚至已釀成為現代恐怖主義的罪惡根源。

李世雄在信中指出，“中國自改革開放以來，在6千万以上的家庭教會信徒中至少有270万人被任意拘捕過（即每22人中就有一個）、44万人被判勞改勞教、750人被通緝追捕、20万人被迫离家外逃或失蹤、1万多人被迫害致死、2万多人被酷刑至殘、13万人被監視居住、112万人被勒索性罰款。”這些統計數字是根据他們從2000年秋開始，由兩万多名基督徒對中國22省207個大小城市及無數個鄉村的56万多名家庭教會基督徒所進行的走訪調查，得出的保守數字。

＊官方文件點名打擊法輪功

李世雄向國際奧委會提供了中國侵犯人權官方證据：吉林省公安廳机密文件。文件中明确點名“對法輪功操練者、教唆者，打擊力度要增大，一經發現，予以先行抓捕后補辦手續。”看來中國政府對法輪功的鎮壓程度超過了家庭教會。據悉﹐江澤民層層下令各勞教所､監獄對法輪功學員實行“打死白打、打死算自殺”､對法輪功､家庭教會等信仰者不講法律的政策﹐在這些照片中可以得到印證。

法輪功方面也曾經公佈類似的中國公安進行迫害的照片。据法輪功方面的不完全統計，1999年7.20江澤民鎮壓以來，通過民間途徑能夠詳細核實的已有629名法輪功學員被迫害致死。据2001年10月底中共官方內部統計，拘捕中的法輪功學員死亡人數高達1600人，全國被非法判刑的法輪功學員至少有6000人，被非法勞教的人數超過10万人，數千人被強迫送入精神病院受到破坏中樞神經藥物的摧殘，大批法輪功學員被綁架到各地“洗腦班”遭受精神折磨，更多人受到所謂“執法人員”的毒打、體罰和經濟敲詐。

根据國務院公安部、最高人民法院的有關規定，為了更好地迎接2008年奧運會在我國順利召開，穩定社會治安秩序，嚴厲打擊非法集會、聚會及其它擾亂社會治安活動。特此通知如下：
一、凡是三人以上聚眾聚會者不听勸告以拘留15日以下處罰，并處罰款1000元；
二、對大規模組織聚會、游行、演說，屢教不改者，處三年以下有期徒刑并處罰10000元。
三、對非法組織的組織者、頭目要予以嚴懲，予以抓捕后補辦手續。
四、對法輪功操練者、教唆者，打擊力度要增大，一經發現，予以先行抓捕后補辦手續。
五、此次活動自二000年五月二十日起至二00七年十二月三十日整。“

＊迫害根本不講法律

李世雄說，今日中國宗教迫害的力度及廣度已明顯地超過了已往傳統的政治迫害。共產党對所有有信仰的人、它不喜歡的人，根本不講法律，可以隨意迫害，迫害不僅局限在家庭教會。

當問到中國官方允許官方教會在中國存在。李世雄說，官方教會只是個工具，掩人耳目的，它假扮沒有消滅宗教，中國有宗教自由。官方教會表面上信上帝，實際信共產党，這樣的“愛國教會“是什麼教？！對于中共官方宗教頭目傅鐵山近期訪問加拿大，持基督教信仰的李世雄不以為然，他說傅鐵山信的是江澤民，不是上帝，他是個冒牌貨！

They call this method of hanging as "lifting the sedan chair". The picture shows the victim who has just been tied and hung up. The victim would be held in that position for hours, unable to move. If the victim moved, he would fall and be seriously injured. Subsequently, he fondled my breasts, at the same time pinching and twisting them hard."

被警察酷刑致殘的基督徒胡長敬，50歲，遭酷刑地點是：安徽省亳州市趙橋鄉派出所；亳州市七里橋勞教所。 施暴者：趙橋鄉派出所所長趙洪艷（男，57歲）和一個24歲左右的胖警察及七里橋勞教所的一名管教干部。 95年4月胡長敬從勞教所回家時是他妻子把他背到三輪車上拉回家的，當時他已被打成痴呆，之后在家臥床三年，因沒有錢治療，腿部傷口至今未愈。妻子在給他洗傷口時，望著痴呆的丈夫流下了傷心的淚。
Christian Hu Changjing, 50 years old, was incapacitated due to torture by the police. Location where torture occurred: Zhaoqiao village Police Station, Haozhou city, Anhui Province; Haozhou city Seven Li (mile) Bridge Labor Camp. Violence perpetrator: Zhaoqiao village Police Station Chief, Zhao Hongyan (male, 57 years old), a 24-year-old or so fat policeman and a cadre from the Seven Li Bridge Labor Camp.In April 1995, when Hu Changjing was released from the labor camp, his wife had to carry him on her back, and then onto a tricycle to take him home. At that time, he was already beaten into stupor and was bedridden for three years because they had no money for medical treatment. The wound on his waist has not healed till today. While washing the wound and looking at her disabled husband still in stupor, the wife shed tears of grief for her husband.

Christian Liu Yan (37 years old) from Anhui Province was incapacitated due to torture. At present he can only stare blankly at his wife and young son struggling with the heavy work. It is pitiful to see his hunch-backed mother having to support him. Location of torture: Huainan city Labor Camp, Anhui Province. Violence perpetrators: Huainan City Labor Camp Third Brigade Instructor Gu Weiguang (male, about 30 years old), Assistant Instructor and secretary of Huainan City Labor Camp Third Brigade, who is nicknamed "Zou No. 4" (male, about 30 years old).

In the photo are a few amongst the tens of thousands of "fugitives". From the expression of their eyes and their cries, do we observe the dignity of the law in China, with the net of Heaven, or do we see the sufferings of China’s citizens? They are the Family Church members Liu Lianfa and his wife Li Qioazhi; Li Kui and his wife Zhao Xuezhi from Ciba Township, Jia County, Henan Province. "At about 4:00 p.m. on June 29, 2001, because we were pursued by the Henan Province Jia County Public Security Bureau Punishment and Enforcement Fifth Central Unit leader Ma Yong and others, our families fled to Zhiyun Mountain Zhushi Peak area near Liangyao village, Jiaocun Township in Ruzhou city, and hid in a cave for a month. Later, we found a cave nearby known as Dashi Peng and hid there for another two months. We are still fugitives, with homes, but cannot return to them."

這就是關押華南家庭教會龔圣亮李恩惠等信徒的湖北省荊門市第一看守所，它所在的地名竟叫做“虎牙關”。
This is the Number One Detention Center in Jingmen city, Hubei Province where the Family Church members Gong Shengliang, Li Enhui from Huanan are imprisoned. The location is at a place named "huya guan" ("Tiger's Teeth Pass").

Chinese Police Tortures Spiritual Followers

It bears special significance to have a series of photographs published at the time when the 59th Annual Meeting of the United Nations Committee on Human Rights opens today. A picture is worth ten thousand words. This is what Jiang Zemin describes as “the best period of human rights in China”.

These photos are provided to Epochtimes by Mr. LI Shixiong, Chairman of the New York based Committee to Investigate Persecution on Religions in China. Epochtimes Journalists asked a question in everyone’s mind: How could these photographs be taken?

Mr LI Shixiong said that they were taken by family members of other policemen, who are also members of the Family Church, and who risked their lives in taking these photographs. These people know the police well, so the policemen did not take much notice when the photographs were taken because they also took photographs of other things. Besides, the policemen torture people everyday and it is like part of their daily routine, nothing special. Some policemen even consider the photographs may be used as evidence to gain recognition or awards from their superiors in the future. Some policemen in the photographs enjoy torturing people, taking it as their ‘job’. You would be arrested if they become suspicious of you and you are found taking photographs at the gate of the prison. LI Shixiong claims that as far as he knows some 20 followers have been arrested when taking photographs in China.

Conservative figure: "more than ten thousand people persecuted to death"

LI Shixiong wrote in a letter to the chairman of the International Olympic Committee, comparing Jiang Zemin with Hitler in the World War II. He points out that some people flaunt the banner of national interest while committing terrorism in the name of “national law” to fulfil their own distorted personal ambitions. LI Shixiong also criticises the silence in the international community and their pretence that they do not even see such state terrorism. This kind of behaviour not only leads to the spread of terrorism around the world, stimulating the nerves of terrorists and strengthening their determination, but has also become the evil root of modern terrorism.

LI Shixiong pointed out in his letter, “Since China’s economic reform and open-up policy, at least 2.7 million among the 60 million of the Family Church Christians have been arrested (that is, one in every 22 people); 440 thousand sentenced to forced labour and re-education; 750 on the wanted list; 200 thousand forced to leave their homes and became homeless or on the run; more than 10 thousand persecuted to death; more than 20 thousand became crippled by torture; some 130 thousand under surveillance in their residence; some 1.12 million fined at authorities’ will.” These statistics were obtained conservative figures since autumn in 2000 when more than 20 thousand Christians started their investigation on more than 560 thousand Christians of the Family Church in 207 large and small cities in 22 provinces and numerous villages.

*Official document to strike-hard on Falun Gong

LI Shixiong provided evidence to the International Olympic Committee on China’s human rights violations: secret document from the Department of Public Security of Jilin Province. The document specifically emphasises “To strike hard on Falun Gong practitioners and promoters, arrest them on the spot when found. Arrest warrant can be done at a later time.” In fact, the Chinese government’s persecution of Falun Gong is far severer than that of the Family Church. It is reported that Jiang Zemin issued an order through the different levels of government to labour camps and prisons, “Beating Falun Gong practitioners to death is nothing, the death is counted as suicide” and no legal procedures are applicable to Falun Gong practitioners and followers of the Family Church. These policies are clearly shown in the following set of photographs.

A high rank police officer in Beijing reveals inside story, “At the moment, Falun Gong practitioners are fined 40,000 Yuan if arrested; immediate burial if tortured to death for refusing to be transformed, and tell outside that the person involved has escaped”.

According to incomplete statistics by Falun Gong, there have been 629 Falun Gong practitioners persecuted to death, as confirmed via unofficial sources since Jiang Zemin started the persecution on July 20, 1999. According to leaked Chinese government’s statistics that by the end of October 2001, the death toll of Falun Gong practitioners in custody was as high as 1600; at least 6,000 Falun Gong practitioners have been illegally sentenced to prison terms; more than 100,000 people have been illegally sentenced to forced labour; thousands are forced into mental hospitals with health ruined by central nerve system damaging drugs; numerous Falun Gong practitioners are kidnapped and sent to “brainwashing” classes to suffer mental torture, many more practitioners have suffered vicious beatings, physical abuses and money extortions by the police.

Regarding Severe Crackdown on Illegal Organizations
All Cities, Counties, Townships (urban areas) Security Departments, People's Courts:

According to the regulations by Ministry of the Public Security of the State Council and the Supreme People’s Court , in order to ensure a smooth running of the 2008 Olympic Games in our country, stabilize social order, severely deal with illegal rallies, assemblies, and other activities that disrupt social order, it is hereby announced:

1. Any crowd or gathering of more than three persons that do not obey instructions to be detained as punishment for not more than 15 days and fined 1,000 Yuan;
2. Those involved in large scale organized rallies, parades, public speeches, and those who refuse to change in spite of repeated admonitions to be detained for not more than three years and fined 10,000 Yuan.
3. As for organizers of illegal organizations, the leaders must be severely dealt with; arrest them first before dealing with the formalities.
4. Falun Gong practitioners and instigators must be dealt with more severely and, whenever discovered, arrest them first before dealing with the formalities.
5. The above exercise is to be instituted for the full period from May 20, 2000 to December 30, 2007.

*There is no law to abide by in the Persecution

Li Shixiong stated that the force and range of persecution of religions in China today are obviously more severe than the traditional political persecution in the past. The Communist Party persecutes in any way they please those with religious beliefs, those who they do not like without any basic legality, and the persecution does only limit to those involved in the Family Church activities.

When asked if the Chinese Government allows the existence of Government approved churches in China, Li Shixiong said that the Government approved churches are only a tool to hoodwink the public and to disguise the elimination of religions and to show that China has religious freedom. Superficially, the Government approved churches believe in God, but in fact they believe in the Communist Party. What kind of religion are these "patriotic churches"?! Devout Christian Li Shixiong does not approve of the recent visit to Canada by China’s official religious leader Fu Tieshan. He said that Fu Tieshan believes only in Jiang Zemin and not in God and he is only a counterfeit! And the chairman of the Buddhist Association Zhao Puchu was a bureau ranking Communist cadre when he was alive.
