【大纪元2017年11月25日讯】（大纪元记者周鑫澳洲珀斯报导）上周四（11月16日），19名专业厨师在西澳珀斯南城技校（South Metropolitan TAFE）Bentley校区参加了亚洲素食大赛。这是亚洲烹饪专业协会（The Association of Asian Culinary Professionals, AACP）举办的素食比赛。比赛分为前菜（entrée）、主菜（main course）和甜点（dessert）三个类别进行。

19 professional chefs gathered in Perth to share their talent and passion for Asian cuisine yesterday. This is the first "Vegetarian Cooking Competition for World Peace" organised by the Association of Asian Culinary Professionals. It was held at the Bentley Pines Restaurant.
