中国新年传统上是阁家团聚﹑走亲访友的时刻﹐也是展望新的一年的时刻。
每年纽省都推出世界一流的盛大新颖的节目来庆祝中国新年﹐这些节目吸引了成千上万的国际游客。
猴年对全澳人民也将是激动人心的一年。

I am pleased to offer my best wishes to the Chinese Australian community on the occasion of the Lunar New Year – the Year of the Monkey.
NSW has important historic links with the Chinese community, forged over decades, and is proud of its strong and respected Chinese Australian community.
Chinese New Year is traditionally a time spent with family and friends, and to reflect on the coming year.
NSW celebrates Chinese New Year with some of the biggest and brightest festivities in the world, attracting many thousands of international visitors.
The Year of the Monkey will be an exciting one for all Australians.
On behalf of the NSW Government I wish the Chinese community good health, prosperity and success for the forthcoming year.
