Sky TV goes undercover to discover illegal organ harvesting booming in China
天空电视台记者乔装病患，以发现昌盛的中国非法器官移殖业

An undercover report from Sky TV, based in the UK, has verified many of the allegations of illegal organ harvesting in China first reported on by the Epoch Times.

【讲解】
1.Undercover作为形容词，意是是：working secretly using a false appearance in order to get information for the police or government，秘密地使用一个假的外表，以为警察或政府取得资讯。所以undercover police就是警察所乔装的人，undercover detective就是刑警所乔装的人，detective在过去是侦探，现在都指刑警，一般办案刑警都穿便服。

2.Verify 作为动词时，it means to prove that something exists or is true, or to make certain that something is correct. 也就是证实confirm的意思。

3.allegation指控的意思，也就是accusation, charge之意。
4.organ harvesting不要译成器官收割，而是器官移殖。

Sky TV sent a reporter under cover with a hidden camera, to the Orient Organ Transplant Center, posing as a patient in need of a liver transplant.

【讲解】
1.oriental是eastern 东方的上流讲法，例如western西方的，则是occidental。

2.transplant可当动词与名词，这里是名词[C or U]，移殖的意思， when something is transplanted, especially an operation in which a new organ is put into someone's body.

a liver transplant，肝脏移殖；a kidney transplant,肾脏移殖。

3.pose的意思很多，可以当中止、摆姿势等，这里则是“假装”之意，to pretend to be something that you are not or to have qualities that you do not possess, in order to be admired or attract interest。

【中译】
Sky TV派了一位秘密记者，乔装成一位需要肝脏移殖的的病患，带着一架隐形相机，到中国的东方器官移殖中心。

The reporter is told by the staff that the organs come from executed prisoners and that their facility has the "best connections."

【讲解】
1.executed prisoner, 死刑犯。Executed，要被枪决的。
2.facility设施之意，这里就是指移殖中心。
3.connection一般作“联结”解，但They have connections.的意思是指“他们有门路”，也就是有关系之意。

【中译】
东方移殖中心工作人员告诉记者，器官来自于死刑犯，并且移殖中心有“最好的门路”。

The report confirms that organs are readily available for transplant in China, with practically no waiting period, as long as one can pay the price. This reporter purchased a new liver for roughly 53,000 U.S. dollars.

【讲解】
1.readily available, 可稳定取得的。
2.as long as, 假如、只要，if之意。
3.purchase, 购买，buy的上流讲法。
4.roughly, 大约，about之意。

【中译】
SkyTV记者证实了供移殖的器官在中国是可以稳定取得的，实际上不必有等待的时间，只要你出得起价钱。这位记者以大约53,000美元购买了一个新的肝脏。?*
