会议大纲：
1) 从欧盟观点看中国的贸易、货币政策及人权等问题；

爱德华．麦克米兰．史考特先生
Mr. Edward McMillan-Scott, MEP; Vice President, European Parliament
爱德华．麦克米兰．史考特先生从1997年9月起到2001年12月担任欧洲议会的保守党领袖，并监督了1999年欧盟的选举。2004年7月被选为欧洲议会副主席，并曾负责联系其他会员国国会与阿拉伯国家的关系。同时，爱德华．麦克米兰．史考特先生也是欧洲议会中最大观察团的主席。
在欧洲议会中，爱德华．麦克米兰．史考特先生担任多年的外交事务和安全部门的保守党发言人。他也曾经担任经贸部门发言人。自从柏林围墙倒塌后，他倡议“欧洲民主政治主张”，每年拨出8千万英镑以发展世界性的民主政治和文明社会，尤其是在前苏联和回教世界中，从草根群众活动到泛欧洲计划，已有数千个项目接受融资赞助。他也是“国际民主政治运动议员代表团”（The International Movement of Parliamentarians of Democracy）的创始人。
