芙蓉（彩墨）

芙蓉很入画，所以很多人都喜欢画它。

以前在台北读书的时候，去“国际学舍”找朋友，在外面空地的围篱那边看到整排的芙蓉树，群体开花的时候真的是热闹缤纷，美丽极了。

不过芙蓉虽美，却只能开一天。早晨初绽时为白，到十点多转为粉红，是最美丽的时刻，中午以后开始转为深红，傍晚再转成黑红，晚上就凋谢了——很像美女的一生。

Hibiscus/ink and color painting

Hibiscus is good to fit in a painting, so many people like to draw it.

When I was studying in Taipei, I went to the International School for my friend and saw a whole row of hibiscus around the fence of outside open space. When it is blossoming, it is real lively and beautiful.

Though hibiscus is beautiful, it stays only a day. It is white in the early morning when beginning bloom then it turns to be pink at around ten o’clock and this is the most beautiful moment, afternoon it turns to be deep red, it turns to be dark red at twilight, faded at night – more like a life of beautiful girl.@
