帆影(彩墨)

以前读朱光潜先生写的“文艺心理学”,里面谈到农渔人在田里海上辛勤工作,劳累危险,可是画画的人往往把他们画得很美,充满了诗情画意,说在浓雾中看帆船真的好美啊,殊不知捕鱼的渔夫在浓雾中航行是多么的提心吊胆,还深怕会触礁呢……结论是:远观或隔有一段距离来看事物才美。如果靠太近,探知画里人物的心情,恐怕就不美了。

明‧孙承宗也有这样的诗:“画家不解渔家苦,好作寒江钓雪图。”可见这种感受,古今中外都一样的。

Sailing shadow/ink and color painting

Used to read the book, “Literary Psychology” written by Mr. Zhu Guang qian, it mentioned farmers and fishermen worked hard and dangerously in the field and sea. However, painters usually draw them beautifully with full of poetic working scene, claim that it is beautiful looking at the sailing boat in the mist   but have no idea know fisherman is scary sailing in the fog, worry about hitting the reef……The conclusion is: it is beautiful to see and look at thing from the far distance view. If too close and if you realize the feeling of all characters in the painting, it may not beautiful.

Sun Cheng zong of Song Dynasty has a same meaning poem: “The painter did not realize how hard the fishermen worked, enjoyed drawing fishing in the cold snowing river” This kind of feeling is the same no matter it is in abroad or local.@
