男子Yonge街单轮骑车炫技 被加警方起诉

【大纪元2017年09月12日讯】（大纪元记者林雪多伦多编译报导）一名在Yonge街繁忙的车流中，前轮离地穿梭炫技的28岁骑单车男子，日前被警方以不小心骑车为由提出指控。

多伦多警方在6月份与公众分享了一个Instagram视频，视频显示这名男子当时正骑在yonge街的Wellesley街及Carlton街之间路段上。

多市警方在一份起诉声明中表示，该骑车者在车流中穿梭，还违规骑在人行道上，变道时没有发出信号，未能给行人让路，遇红灯时也没有停下。

后来这名骑车男子表示了悔意，称尽管他是一个非常老道的骑车手，但自己确实违反了多项法规。他以后再炫技，不会在人行道做，也不会随意变道及闯红灯。

多市警局交通事务处发言人斯蒂伯（Clint Stibbe）称，这名骑车者车技确实高超，但他的行为把行人置于危险之中。

这名骑车男子计划在10月出庭，接受指控。
