宾州教育局发表公立高中SAT考试排名榜

【大纪元2018年02月20日讯】（大纪元费城讯）宾州教育局1月30日发表了2017年宾州公立高中SAT考试排名榜。这一排名榜包括了宾州所有705所公立高中，旨在鼓励各地区的公立学校继续努力，在提高学生的分析能力、写作能力、论证能力等方面的教学水平更上一层楼。SAT考试又称学习能力测试，包括阅读和写作、数学、以及一篇作文，考试时间为3个小时，外加50分钟用于写大作文，不过这篇作文不属于必考之列。宾州教育局的排名主要着重于学校总平均分数、平均数学分数、和平均读写分数。

费城和匹兹堡地区进入前20名的学校有：1） Western Area Career And Technology Center （匹兹堡西南Canonsburg）； 2) J R Masterman Laboratory Demonstration School (费城)； 3） Downingtown STEM Academy （费城西南远郊Downingtown）； 4） Conestoga High School （费城西南远郊Berwyn）； 5） Radnor High School （费城西南远郊Wayne）； 6） Unionville High School （宾州Kennett Square）； 7) Strath Haven High School (费城西南郊Wallingford)； 8) Creative Learning Academy At South Philadephia HS （南费城）； 9) Lower Merion High School (费城西南郊Ardmore)； 10) Upper Saint Clair High School （匹兹堡）； 11) Harriton High School (费城西南郊 Bryn Mawr)； 12) Council Rock High School North （费城东北远郊Newtown）； 13) Fox Chapel Area High School （匹兹堡）； 14) Quaker Valley High School （匹兹堡北郊Leetsdale）； 15) Methacton High School （费城北郊Eagleville）； 16) New Hope-Solebury High School （宾州New Hope）； 17) David B Oliver High School （匹兹堡）； 18) North Allegheny Senior High School （匹兹堡北郊Wexford）； 19) Great Valley High School （费城西南远郊Malvern）； 20) Hampton High School （宾州Northampton）。
