Hatikva Quater, (quarter of hope) in Tel Aviv, Israel,famouse for its market and numerous restaurants, is a very close and friendly neighbourhood where everybody knows everybody else and although it is relatively a low to middle class place people care for each other and there is a great emphasis in the comunity on education, culture and social volunteering.

In 2005, Dina Emuna was elected “Mother of the Quarter” at Hatikva Quarter for her voluntary contribution to the comunity. She has been collecting clothes, washing and ironing them, sorting them and only if “they are good for my children or myself”.(http://www.dajiyuan.com)
