这则笑话的单字都很简单，值得提醒读者的是，blue jeans 这个词是牛仔裤的意思，一定是复数形。

另外在英文修辞方面，穿着形态在英文里经常用“后位修饰”的表达方式，但在中文里完全没有后位修饰。例如“长发女郎”是a girl with long hair, 用介系词词组放在名词的后面作修饰；而 “金发美女”的英文则是 A beautiful girl with golden hair，这里前位、后位修饰就都有了，beautiful girl属形容词的前位修饰，with golden hair则是置于girl 之后的后位修饰了。

所以在这则笑话里，“短发穿蓝色牛仔裤的年轻人”，英文是 A young person with the short hair and blue jeans.
