那座早晨的公園已經老了

這座老了的公園卻正早晨

沒錯！是同一座公園

也是同一批人

當年那座公園和那批人

雖然現在已經有了年紀

卻因當年營造出最繁榮世代的那批人

從職場退休，把蓬勃朝氣轉移到這裏

發揮十足拼勁而早晨起來

現在，每個早晨

公園裏都很熱鬧

和以前在職場一樣的那批人

紛紛聚集過來了

他們一團一團，生龍活虎地

各自做他們的活動

或者跳舞、打太極拳、做晨操

或者練氣功、慢跑、歡唱卡拉OK

項目繁多，花樣百出

從年輕一輩還在睡夢中開始

除了活潑自己，鍛煉自己

使自己活力充沛，勝過年輕人

也以各種活動引出晨曦和朝陽

把一個年紀老了的公園

充滿了朝氣，彩繪得多彩多姿

同一座公園，兩樣情：

那座早晨的公園已經老了

這座老了的公園卻正早晨

The park of morning is old

Yet the old park is still morning

No mistake! It is the same park

And the same park-goers

The then park and park-goers

Though are now advanced in age

People who brought about prosperity

Retire from their posts, and they transfer vigor and vitality here

They rise early in the morning full of drive

Now, each morning

The park is animated

With people from different posts

They gather and get together

In groups and groups, full of vim and vigor

Each absorbed in his own activity

Dancing, or shadowboxing, or doing morning exercises

Or practicing qigong, or jogging, or singing karaoke

Various and diversified activities
