親愛的奧巴馬總統先生、
國務卿希拉里．克林頓女士、
美國駐華大使駱家輝先生和
各位參與陳光誠案件處理的美方官員：
首先感謝各位百忙之中閱讀我的信，也感謝你們這些天來因為陳光誠案件晝夜不息的辛苦工作。
作為一位美國公民，我享受著我們國家的民主自由，感恩神的恩賜和先軀者們奠定的自由民主的立國之本。然而，在地球的另一端的中國，那裡的百姓並不能享有和我們同樣的人權自由，當瞭解到中共對盲人人權活動家陳光誠長期以來施以殘酷的暴力虐待，我和世界上所有善良的人們一樣，內心感到無比沉痛。這些天來，無數美國人、中國人和世界人民和媒體，每天都坐在電腦前和電視機前，關注著陳光誠的案件進展。
盡管政府付出許多努力，但陳案處理結果卻讓人大失所望，這是因為中共的邪惡狡詐，背信棄義，同時也有美國政府的失誤而被套入中共的圈套。美國到底失誤在何處？請見本信下文。是否有挽回的機遇呢？有。
這封信將幫助政府，重整旗鼓，處理好陳的案件和今後類似案件，並有利於今後的對華方針政策的考量。信中的文辭難免會有些嚴厲，只是希望能夠真誠地表達我所看到的真相，幫助政府歸正。這封信將分為兩部分。第一部分，將指出陳案的處理在大的方向上完全錯誤，配合了中共，幫了中共逃脫違反國際人權法案的調查和懲處，也根本沒有體現美國的價值觀；第二部分，建議美國政府立即重整旗鼓，改正方向，把陳案當作調查、懲罰其元兇及中共違反國際人權案重新處理。
我正式建議美國政府：
1、認清中共的邪惡本質，決不能與它合作，更不能對它妥協；
2、決不能貪圖眼前利益，跟中共同流合污；
3、要真正代表美國的價值觀和聽取美國、中國和世界人民的心聲；
4、支持中國人民推翻中共、實現民主的偉大運動；
5、通過陳光誠案件，立即啟動聯合國動議調查中共人權犯罪，促進中國民主。
第一部份
陳案處理的大方向錯誤
當集中敦促、調查和懲罰中共違反國際人權法
陳光誠逃到美國大使館來幹什麼？陳開門見山通過美國大使館表達他對中共政府溫家寶的三點要求。核心是要中共政府調查和懲罰從下到上的迫害兇手，改善中國人權狀況。美國政府幫助他做這件事情了嗎？沒有！敦促中共這樣做了嗎？沒有！美國政府幫助陳走出大使館，給中共減輕國際社會的壓力、逃脫對其侵犯國際人權法的調查、懲罰，並讓陳再次陷入不自由。
與中共打交道時，你必須事先根據美國的價值觀、道德理念的大原則，縱觀整個勢態，理清心中的頭緒，打定主意，確定好戰略方向，否則，你就會很容易地進入中共設下的圈套，按照符合他們的利益和方向走下去。也許你跟理念和價值觀相同的其他民主國家政府打交道時不需要這樣認真做好作業，但跟中共你必須這樣，因為美國與中共有著根本不同的理念和價值觀。據我觀察陳案的過程，似乎政府官員沒有花足夠的時間和努力來收集信息和考量方案的整體方向。所以陳案處理的大方向完全錯誤，不應當集中在讓陳離開大使館上、而應當集中在敦促中共調查和懲治迫害陳的元兇、啟動國際社會處治中共侵犯國際人權公約上。至今美國對陳案的處理結果，沒有符合陳光誠的本意、美國的價值觀和利益，反而符合了中共逃避人權犯罪受到國際壓力、批評、調查和懲處的目的。
由於中共未能遵守自己的承諾，陳先生家人受到安全威脅而被迫離開美領館，情況變得複雜化。目前，陳先生又回到沒有自由的境況。據可靠消息，這些侵犯人權的行為是政法委周永康幹的。世界為中共這種不道德的做法和侵犯人權的行為而震驚和憤怒。然而，陳先生歷經千難萬險逃到美國大使館，並沒有給這種現狀帶來任何改善，此案仍然沒有得到調查，兇手仍然逍遙法外，中國的人權狀況照舊依然。即使陳和家人也許可以來到美國，但中國的人權狀況並沒有因為他這次逃入美領館的努力而有任何改變。這其實就是中共周永康所要的。這就是此信需要重點指出的最為關鍵的要點。
據知，各位直接參與陳案工作的政府官員，似乎當時已經瞭解中共用威脅陳的家屬迫使陳走出領事館。本來，陳是來美領館伸述受到中共迫害的冤情，尋求保護，揭露中共的邪惡的，中共是罪犯，陳在你們手中，他是來告中共的狀的，這是中共的罪惡、短處和恐懼，它最怕此事曝光天下，因為它也知道這是違反國際人權法的犯罪。
在這種情況下，美國和陳光誠站在了道義、道德和法律的制高點上，應當有主動權，應當表現出美國政府的正義力量，要求中共查清元兇。那之前，保持陳在美領館內，並要求中共保證陳的家屬與朋友的安全。一旦讓陳從領事館出去，這個來自全世界的道義上的迫使中共改善人權的壓力就沒有了，那麼陳逃入美領館的意義就沒有了。
然而，為什麼美國卻變得被動，反而被中共脅迫和制約？為什麼反倒變得好像中共很有理、把陳的家屬作為人質加以威脅了呢？為什麼不揭露它當時的威脅，讓全世界知道此事、知道中共即使陳在美領館中還在對他的家人和朋友進行威脅、抓捕和毆打？為什麼已經知道即使陳在美使館而中共的人權犯罪卻還在繼續之中、而這時美國政府不但沒有制止它、反而配合它逃離？為什麼美方急於結束這個談判？趁著陳在美國政府手中的這期間，讓中共在來自全世界的道義壓力和國際人權法案的壓力之下，放棄對陳家屬的威脅、保護他們的安全，並對此案件進行全面調查，給予美國、世界和陳先生一個滿意的交待報告，並懲罰兇手，改善中國人權狀況，這才是美國政府應當做的，也是陳來到美國大使館的目的和意義。
如果設身處地地回顧這個案子的處理過程，就會感到美國政府不夠理直氣壯，正氣不足，沒有抓住中共迫害人權的罪行本身和人證物證在手的優勢，沒有站在捍衛道義和人權的正義立場上來敦促中共和國際社會調查和懲治惡行，反而似乎對中共有所求，有所畏懼，根本沒有表現出對於中共迫害人權、違反國際人權條約而持有質問和懲罰其罪犯的責任和勇氣。好像只是集中在結束陳的案子，輕易地相信中共的所謂承諾，而沒有根據你們以往對中共的瞭解和它長期以來的惡劣人權記錄，來真正做必要的分析、判定和考慮，以確認是否中共的承諾是可信的和有可行性。與其說輕信中共，不如說，表面上得到了中共的承諾就得到了一個表面上給世界一個交待、從而從陳的案子中得到了解脫，而對於實際上中共的人權犯罪、中國的人權狀況改進和陳出去後是否安全，卻無明顯作為。
陳光誠在美國大使館期間，反復討論陳是否離開大使館的問題，似乎陳承受著短期內必須作出離開或留在美領館的決定的極大壓力。問題是，為什麼會有這樣的問題？這去留問題從何而來？為什麼美領館不去問是誰迫害了陳光誠、為什麼中共政府這樣對待他？為什麼中共政府侵犯他的人權？為什麼不要求中共展開調查？為什麼美國政府方面連一句公開的譴責聲明都沒有？美國義不容辭的道義精神哪裡去了？
如果你是一個個體，在大街上遇到了這種情況，也就是說，該名男子需要你幫助他逃跑或隱藏起來以不被罪犯侵害，那麼你問他想要什麼、想要去哪裡，然後你幫他去要去的地方，那是理所當然的救助方法。但是，現在的情形不是他求得一個個人的幫助，陳光誠來到的是美國大使館，一個世界上最有權威和能力、得到他和中國人民信賴的保護人權的國家的駐華使節。顯然，他在尋求美國的價值體系的保護和國際上對於中國人權的關注和公正，而這些在中共政府那裡都得不到。美國大使館代表美國和美國的價值，代表美國的正義、自由和人權的護衛者的神聖使命，這就是為什麼陳光誠來到美國大使館的原因。他不是明確地告訴你們：他希望留在中國爭取自由和幫助人們獲得人權自由嗎？他一個盲人經歷千辛萬苦來到美國領事館表達他的這個意願，那麼我們美國政府做了什麼來幫助他實現這個願望了嗎？他來到美領館不是為了他個人的自由，這是他要留在中國的目的。這是非常明顯的。但你們卻一味地問他是離開領事館，還是到美國避難。我們看到，在處理陳案中，對中共殘酷迫害陳光誠及中國人的自由與人權，我們的政府官員嚴重缺乏對其事實的認知和應有的正義、公正和責任感。
其實，陳案發生後我們政府官員應該有的第一個問題是，為什麼中國政府如此違反國際人權法不惜長期耗費巨資迫害、監禁一個為了其他中國百姓的人權而講真話的盲人人權人士？美國政府官員應該做的第一件事是認真聽取、研究陳光誠的視頻、他對溫家寶的三點要求，並敦促中共政府停止對其家屬和支持者們的施暴、虐待、抓捕，敦促他們調查此案，找出兇手和最高下令者，並向美國和世界給出詳細報告交待；同時向聯合國提交此案的調查、處理報告，提出動議對中共如此長期違反國際人權法、迫害本國百姓進行懲治措施。這才是美國應當做到。其次，同時也是不言而喻的才是對陳提供保護、醫療和日常護理，並要求他的家人能夠與陳在安全的情況下保持聯繫。後者是基本的人道主義援助，但前者才是陳案處理的主要方向和任務。
第二部份
認清中共的非道義、非人道價值觀和人權犯罪邪惡本質
站在人權、民主、人道制高點上啟動違反聯合國人權法案調查與懲處
我想指出的是，美國政府對於中共本質的認知和瞭解存在著極大的問題，加之不能堅持自己的理念和價值觀，貪圖眼前利益而配合中共，結果在某種程度上是幫助了中共、並滋長了它繼續迫害人權的邪惡，盡管這不是你們的初衷。這封信的目的，不單純是為了處理陳光誠事件本身，而且也是為了我們的政府今後更長久的努力能夠幫助中國人改善那裡的人權狀況，促進中國的民主化，讓那裡的人們能夠享受到跟我們一樣的自由和人權。
作為有經驗的政治家，你們多年來與中共打交道，通過與中共進行外交貿易、政治經濟、國際事務等活動的過程中，也許已經瞭解到以下五點，但在這裡我要著重提醒各位：
1、中共這個共產政權的實質，是沒有人性、冷血無情、沒有道德的共產意識形態，它沒有一個正確的道德理念、價值觀念、人格品性、言行誠信、思維模式和處事心態，它不講也沒有民主、法治、誠信、道德、責任、利他、民意、平等、自由等概念，當然也沒有一般意義上對於神的信仰、對於天理正義、公正道義和人性道德的崇尚，更不相信善惡有報。而它真正而惟一著重的是它的政權、獨裁、權威、利益、面子、自私、穩定，它更想要的是關起門來對自己的國民為所欲為，對於有絲毫批評意見的本國公民和外國人，它都當作你死我活的敵人來對待。這就是共產意識的邪惡本質，跟納粹黨沒有區別，或者更有過之而無不及。如果你不瞭解這一點，不瞭解中共的邪惡，那麼美國政府就永遠會被中共欺騙、愚弄、挫敗。
不過請注意，中共不是中國，也不代表中國人民。中國人沒有選舉它作為政府。中共的惡劣本質，不屬於中華民族。事實上，中國傳統價值觀認同誠實，謙虛，尊重，合作，寬容，也尊重人的自由、和平、平等和人權。區分中國人民和中國共產黨是非常重要的。中國人民希望國家變得像美國這樣的民主國家。美國政府應該站在中國人民的立場上，幫助他們結束中共獨裁。
除了共產黨的價值觀和意識形態的邪惡本質，它的一黨專政，控制著公安，警察部隊，法院，法律制度，軍隊，媒體，文化和教育系統，周永康的政法委就是中共控制這一切國家機器的凌駕於法律之上的非法機構。因此，中共政府不受媒體和民眾的監督和制約。因此，中共政權在今天民主化的世界上是極其腐朽落後的政治制度。
2、多年來中共的人權記錄日益惡劣。它自己宣稱中國人權有改善，但它一貫以說謊習以為常，從來顛倒是非，歪曲事實；陳光誠被迫害、監禁已經許多年了，如果他不逃往美領館，他也許會在沒有自由中度過一生；陳的處境只是中國人權犯罪的冰山一角，中共迫害其他異議人士、人權人士和法輪功同樣慘無人道，曠日持久；他們甚至可以活摘法輪功學員的器官獲取暴利，並殺死他們沒有任何法律的依據，但僅僅因為他們的信仰，所以你能想像它們什麼邪惡的事情做不出來。美國過去曾無數次地敦促過中共改善人權、停止對宗教信仰、人權人士和法輪功的迫害，但它從未兌現過，反而卻更變本加厲，愈演愈烈。由於中共的制度和價值觀，你們應很清楚，中共本身是沒有希望自發地停止鎮壓本國人民和改善中國人權的。只有靠中國人民自身站出來說不，並由美國這樣的強大民主國家的支持和配合，合而為一，才能解體中共這個政權。所以，美國不應當協助中共維持政權的穩定，而應當跟中國人一道揭露這個政權的作惡。
3、中共本來一向出爾反爾，不守信用，當面一套背後一套；而通過王立軍事件，世界更看到中共內部的激烈鬥爭，各派明爭暗鬥，互相拆台，一方承諾，而另一方可以隨即撕毀。胡溫一派給你承諾，周永康可以給胡溫搗亂、撕毀協議、做出跟協議完全相反的舉動。背信棄義、攪局搗亂的正是直接跟推行侵犯人權政策的政法委周永康有關，其實也正是導致迫害陳光誠、其他人權活動家和法輪功團體的元兇。瞭解這一點是非常重要的。事實上，周永康屬於前中共首腦江澤民派系，為中共中一夥被稱作血債派或血債幫的一夥，他們主掌政法委迫害和殺害中國百姓，欠下血債，不久將被繩之以法。這就是為什麼他們拚命急於奪權、以防止被清算的原因。血債幫包括江澤民，周永康，薄熙來，曾慶紅等。因此，王立軍事件和陳光誠案件都與這個血債幫有關。美國應該知道，這不是干涉其內政。中共本身不是合法政權。這是關於善與惡的選擇。美國應該把調查迫害陳光誠的元兇和懲處國際人權犯罪作為處理陳案的核心目標。
美國可以啟動聯合國動議，調查和懲治違反國際人權法的中共周永康犯罪集團。他們對於整個中國民眾的系統的迫害和人權侵犯，是國家恐怖主義。制止這樣以政府曠日持久的人權犯罪，必須有國際社會的共同努力介入。這還為時不晚。我建議，美國立即呼籲聯合國啟動調查陳案的動議，沒有必要介意中共的意見如何。中共絕不會希望自己的問題受到國際性調查。這不是中共政府的內政。這是國際人權和人道主義問題。同時，美國應敦促中國政府立即逮捕當地的兇手，將他們繩之以法，並展開對案件的自下而上的全面調查。這應該是美國處理陳案的主要方向，應當是從一開始就應當採取的方針。當然，現在還為時不遲。同時，保護陳和他的家人的安全，並幫助他們離開美國，陳光誠仍然可以幫助對此案件的調查。
4、中共從不接受別人批評，尤其對它的人權批評。對於所有對它的批評，它一向嗤之以鼻，氣急敗壞，對於內部國民的批評它作為顛覆國家政權的敵人來往死裡打壓，對於外來的批評它斥作幹涉它的內政、當作外來反華勢力進行漫罵和攻擊。這是因為它的理念跟一般人類的價值觀不同，它不是以道義、道德為基礎的，它是以它自己政權和集團的利益為目的的，所以你用民主、法治、人權、平等、道德等價值觀跟它處事時，它就反感。就是駱家輝大使坐經濟艙、吃平民飯這樣跟它沒有瓜葛的自然生活，都讓它反感，攻擊說別有用心，做了美國大使身份以外的事，這跟法輪功修煉者信奉真善忍跟它本來沒有瓜葛它也如芒在背非要鎮壓不可，是一回事。所以，只要是正的、符合道德和正義的，它就一定當作敵人來反對。那麼，美國無論怎麼討好它，其實你的存在本身就是它的敵人。所以與其討好它、配合它、附和它，不如正大光明地用正的理念去消除它。所以我建議美國要旗幟鮮明地站在捉拿侵犯國際人權法罪犯的正義立場來提出調查和懲罰中共人權犯罪，這才是真正地捍衛美國的價值觀，不然你如何把正好根本相反的兩個價值觀融合一起呢？不可能。你一邊討好它，一邊說捍衛美國價值，那就是在騙人了，美國人民和世界人民都看得明白。
美國政府面臨兩種選擇：1）對中共的人權犯罪聽之任之，允許它繼續侵犯中國人權，那麼你將被美國人民、中國人民、世界人民和神所拋棄，2）代表美國的價值觀，為道義和道德而主持正義，努力把該案作為國際社會聯合國調查和處罰中共國際人權犯罪和案件進行嚴肅處理，如同反恐戰爭一樣投入努力，那麼你將永遠得到神助和人民的愛戴和支持。美國人民和中國人民推進第二個選擇。
5、中共的理念和價值觀在道德和道義上是反人性的、邪惡的，它沒有道德和道義上的感召力，所以它就只能利用人的私心、功利心來對你進行利誘、脅迫、陰謀和欺騙，從而攻破你的道義和道德的堡壘。如果你不堅定，貪圖眼前利益，那麼就被它擊破，就跟邪惡同流合污了，然而你跟中共的邪惡就是小巫見大巫，在伎倆和陰謀上永遠敗在它的腳下。比如，中共在國際事務中，一定是一味強調美中關係的大局、兩國人民的利益、互相尊重、互利合作、中國要發展要穩定、美國人要就業等等，這些乍聽起來並不錯，美國也關注這些，但我們關注這些是在我們的更高境界上的價值觀和原則性的基礎上的，不是不要人權、自由、民主、公正、正義、道德這些立國之本的價值上的著重利益。但中共強調利益是利用人對於利益的私心來讓人放棄原則、理念和價值觀，放棄道義和道德，跟其邪惡同流合污。其實中共根本不在乎它的百姓的利益，不然就不會那樣迫害自己的國民。那麼美國官員跟中共打交道、做生意時，就必須特別頭腦清醒，正念十足，堅持原則，時刻不忘比利益更高的道德價值，不然你就會與邪惡同流合污，走入中共的圈套。秉承道德和正義的價值，會得到人民的支持，也會被邪惡中共所畏懼，經濟利益不但不會損失，反而會獲得更大的收穫。如果你有一種怕失去利益的怕心和貪心，那麼就會失去道義，也會失去利益。
最後，再次重複我對美國政府的正式建議：
1、認清中共的邪惡本質，決不能與它合作，更不能對它妥協；
2、決不能貪圖眼前利益，跟中共同流合污；
3、要真正代表美國的價值觀和聽取美國、中國和世界人民的心聲；
4、支持中國人民推翻中共、實現民主的偉大運動；
5、通過陳光誠案件，立即啟動聯合國動議調查中共人權犯罪，促進中國民主。
2012年是每個人、每個政府選擇神路，堅守道德，精神淨化，走向光明的時刻。美國人民和政府面臨考驗，決不能跟反神反道德反人類的中共走向地獄的深淵！

Dear Mr. President Barack Obama,
Dear Ms. Hillary Rodham Clinton, Secretary of State,
Dear Mr. U.S. Ambassador Gary Locke, and
Dear Officials who are handling the Chen Guangcheng’s case,
First of all, thank you for taking the time to read my letter, and for your hard working these days and nights on Chen Guangcheng’s case.
As a U.S. citizen, I enjoy democracy and freedom of our country, feel grateful to God and the pioneers who laid the foundation and values of the US nations. On the other side of the earth, however, Chinese people can not have such rights as we have. When I know that the blind human rights activist Mr. Chen Guangcheng (CGC) was cruelly persecuted by Chinese Communist Party (CCP), my heart is broken. These days, people and medias in the US, China and the world all have been sitting in the front of computer and TV and watching the progress of his case.
Although our government put a lot of efforts in this case, but the result is disappointed. It is because both 1) the CCP did not follow their commitment and 2) the US got into the CCP’s trick and went into the totally wrong direction. So what was the US’s mistake in treating this case? Please read on this letter below. And whether there is an opportunities to correct the mistake and restore the good result as it supposed to be? The answer is yes.
This letter will help our government reorganize the forces and better deal with the Mr. Chen’s case. It will also help our government handle future similar cases and consider the principles and policies regarding future issues with China.
I intent to honestly tell the truth, so some of my wording may be a little bit strong or criticizing, but please do not take personally. In fact I am not criticizing, but just sharing the truth that will do good for everyone including you, our country and Chinese people.
This letter will be divided into two parts. The first part points out that the U.S. has handled Mr. Chen’s case in a completely wrong direction of strategy, cooperating with the CCP and helping them avoid the investigation and punishment of their human right law violation due to the US did not stand for American’s values. The second part is how understand the CCP’s nature, how deal with them and then my suggestions for the U.S. government; immediately correct the main direction of the strategy, and handle Mr. Chen’s case by focusing on the investigation and punishment of the CCP violating the international human rights law, and launch a UN motion of investigating and punishing the CCP criminals who persecuted Mr. Chen Guangcheng and his families and supporters.
For you to get to the quick point, my main suggestions to the US government are:
1. Have a clear understanding about the CCP’s evil nature, and do not cooperate with them, and nor do compromise.
2. Do not pursuite short period of interest and loss the most important value of America.
3. Truly represent the American values and listen to the voice of the people of the US, China, and the world.
4. Support the Chinese people to end the CCP dicadicship and achieve the success in democratic movement.
5. Initiate the motion of international human rights cases, directly by the United Nations to launch the investigation and punishment of Mr. Chen case, and promote China’s human rights improvement and democratization.
Part I:
Wrong Overall Direction of Treating CGC Case
Immediate Investigation and Punishment of CCP Human Right Law Violation
Why did Chen Guangcheng escape to the U.S. Embassy? Upon escaping to the U.S. Embassy, Mr. Chen clearly expressed his three requests to the Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao. He asked the CCP to investigate and punish the murderers and improve the human rights situation in China. Did the U.S. government help him achieve these requests and favor the goal? No! The US government did not urge the Chinese Communist to do anything about these requests at all, but went to totally wrong direction; urged Chen to go out the embassy. This means that the US government completely cooperated with the CCP and helped the CCP avoid the pressure, investigation and punishment of their violating the international human right law. At the same time the result made Mr. Chen loss freedom again.
When dealing with CCP, you have to keep in mind the US’s value system, the righteousness and the principle of our belief and interests of our country; democracy, freedom, equality, human rights, etc., to view the entire situation, make a clear mind and decide the direction of strategy first before approaching them for a meeting or negotiation. Otherwise you will probably very easily get into their trick and go their direction for their benefits. As viewing the process of treating the Mr. Chen’s case, it seems there are no enough time and efforts given for the information collection and making clear ultimate direction of the strategy for treating the case before approaching the CCP government. The direction seemed to focus on how treating Mr. Chen himself, where he goes, out of embassy or stay, but never focus on the CCP’s bad human right situation, investigation of Mr. Chen’s case, exposure and punishment of the criminals who violated human right law. As result, the approaches won’t have a good result that benefits Mr. Chen’s intention, the US’s value practice, benefits and interest, but favored the CCP and allowed them to take advantage of it to avoid the world’s pressure on heir violation of human right law.
Due to CCP failed to follow their promise about Mr. Chen’s safety, the case became complicated. The CCP threatened the personal safety of Mr. Chen’s wife and his families, forcing Mr. Chen to leave the U.S. embassy. Currently Mr. Chen returned back to the situation of lacking freedom as he had been for many years. According to reliable information, these human right violations were done by the Politics and Law Committee under Zhou Yongkang. The world was shocked and angry for such an immoral practice and violations of human rights by the CCP. Mr. Chen finally escaping to the US embassy after much mission impossible efforts, however, has no any impact on the situation; the case is still not investigated and explored at all, their bad doing is still there, the criminals are still there, and China’s human right situation has no any improvement due to Mr. Chen’s entering the US embassy. Mr. Chen and his family may be able to come to the United States, but China’s human rights situation is still not improved because of his efforts of entering the U.S. embassy. This is what the CCP government especially Zhou Yongkang wanted. This is the key point this letter wants to point out.
The US government officials who directly handled Mr. Chen’s case knew that the CCP was threatening Chen’s family in attempt to force Mr. Chen to leave the embassy, but you did not expose this to the world. Originally Chen escaped from very tightly isolated abusive condition to express his grievances to the U.S. government against the criminals within the CCP, seek protection, and expose the evil doing against human rights by the communist criminals. Mr. Chen is on the hands of the US. He came to complain about the CCP’s human right violation. It is the Chinese communist’s guilty, weakness and fear, and they are most afraid of this matter exposed to the world because they are guilty by violating international human rights law.
In such case, the United States and Chen Guangcheng stand on the moral and ethical high ground, should have the initiative controling right to push CCP to investigate the criminals who are guilty against the international human right regulation. The US should help Mr. Chen approach his 3 requests to the CCP government leader Mr. Wen Jiabao. Until the 3 requests are addressed with satisfaction of Mr. Chen, the US and the world, the US government should just keep Mr. Chen inside the US embassy and ask CCP to guarantee his family’s safety under the monitoring and open exposure of the global media. As soon as you release them, however, the ethical pressure from the world on the Chinese government to improve human rights will be gone and the situation will be returned back to the original. As result, Mr. Chen escaping to the US embassy will become no or much less meaning.
However, why the United States turned to the passive position and was restricted by CCP? Why was the direction of the case progress controled by the CCP and turned to forcing Mr. Chen to go out of the embassy? Why didn’t the US expose the CCP’s trick of treatening Mr. Chen’s family and forcing him out? Why the situation turned like the CCP has the right position to put Mr. Chen’s family as their hostage to threaten? Why didn’t you reveal the truth to the world and tell the medias that CCP threaten Chen’s family and the persecution, the violation of humna right is still on going even though Mr. Chen is inside the US embassy? Why you see the guilt action is still going on but you did not try to stop it, but even cooperated the CCP to suggerst him to go out the embassy and ended the case so soon? So why did you rush to conclude the case so soon? In fact the US should put the CCP under great moral pressure and push them to stop the threat, protect his family’s safety, and at the same time ask the CCP to investigate the case, give the report to the US, the world and Mr. Chen, punish the criminals, and improve their human right status. This is supposed to be the way the US should do and the meaning and purpose of Mr. Chen entering the US embassy.
If you look back the process of treating this case, you will feel that U.S. wasn’t confident enough and righteous enough by standing on the moral, justice and humanity position to condemn the crimes of CCP persecuting human rights, and urge them to explain and investigate the evil doings. The first thing the US embassy should do is to ask question who and why they persecute Chen Gongcheng? Asking them to investigate and give a report is the very first thing to do. However, it seems that somehow there was a fear about CCP or pursuing something from them, and as result the US was not able to demonstrate the responsibility and courage to question CCP criminals who violated international human rights regulation. It seems the focus was only on making the end of CGC’s case by simply trusting CCP but did not take any measure, analysis, and consideration on whether CCP’s promise is trustworthy and practical based on your understanding about CCP’s usual doing and bad human right records in the past. Rather saying simply trusted the CCP’s commitment, it may be better to say, obtaining the superficial commitment from the CCP is like gaining the superficial answer to the world in order to get a relief from the Mr. Chen’s case.
People often heard that the US embassy kept asking Chen Guangcheng about what he wants and leave the embassy or not, making Mr. Chen under so much pressure of making decision on leaving or staying. The question is why and where such issue came out, but not the issue about who has murdered him, and why the Chinese government did this to him? Why did not the embassy put pressure on the CCP government and ask them to explain this and investigate the case? The world did not see the US expressed its righteousness and courage to demonstrate the US’s values of human right and freedom, and nor said something justice on this issue, nor raised this issue as an international human right law violation.
If you were an individual on the street and met this case, that is, the man needs help him escape or hide from the abuse by the criminals, then you help him by asking what he wants, and where he wants to go, then you help him go wherever he wants to. It would be perfect. In the present situation, however, it is different. Mr. Chen came to the US embassy, the most powerful country that has the authority and ability to protect human rights, and Mr. Chen and Chinese people are putting hope and trust for the human right complian against their own government that persecute them. In such a case, Mr. Chen came to seek the US’s value system, international attention and justice about his rights and Chinese people’s rights that he could not achieve from Chinese government. The US embassy is the government of US, representing our country and our country’s value. Our country is representing the righteousness, freedom and human right. It is reason why he came to us. He clearly told you that he wants to stay China to fight for Chinese people’s freedom and help Chinese people achieve human rights. Did you heard about that? So what did you do to help him fight for Chinese people’s freedom and human rights? Chen Guangcheng is a human rights activist who was persecuted by the CCP because he fight for others’ rights, but not for himself. You knew this and heard this from him, but why did you keep asking him about what he wants and stay embassy or leave? It seems that our government’s recognition, righteousness, justice and responsibility about CCP’s severe persecution and violation against Mr. Chen and entire Chinese people’s freedom and human rights were poorly lacking during our government’s treatment of Mr. Chen’s case or may be other similar case if this is the typical way the US government usually takes.
In fact, the first question you as the US officials should have for Mr. Chen’s case supposed to be: why Chinese government used huge amount resources including money to persecute and imprison for so many years this blink human right activist who fight for Chinese people’s human right, making an extreme case of violating the international human rights law? And the first thing you should do is to understand more about Mr. Chen’s video, the 3 requests for the Chinese government leader Wen Jiabao, and then urge the CCP government to stop on going and future abuse to Mr. Chen’s family, relatives and supporters, and urge them to investigate this case, find out the original criminals, and give the US, the world and Mr. Chen the satisfied report, and the same time launch an international human right violation case in UN for the further investigation and punishment. Of course, secondly the US government provides the protection, medical care, and daily care for his living in the embassy, and also make sure his families can safely communicate with him. The latter is the basic humanitarian action, but the main task and direction of proceeding this care should be the former.
Part II:
Truly Understanding Communist, Stand Out for American Value
Launch the Motion of Investigating and Punishing CCP Violation of
UN International Human Right Law
I would like to suggest that the U.S. government truly do enough homework to have a complete awareness and understanding about the evil natures of the Chinese communist party (CCP). This is the key issue for all practices of the United States with regard in dealing with the Chinese communist. In the treatment of Mr. Chen’s case this time, the US government officials did not have a clear understanding about the CCP evil natures, the seriousness of their human right violation, and plus there was no strong enough responsibility and righteousness to stand out for the US values of protecting human rights and freedom, as result, to the certain extent played the role of helping the CCP, and encouraging them to continue violating Chinese people’s human rights although it wasn’t your original intention. The purpose of this letter is not simply for dealing with Chen Guangcheng’s case, but also for our government dealing with all China-related practices in the future, including for the efforts to help Chinese people improve their human rights, promote China’s democratization, and help the people there achieve the freedom and human rights as we have in the US.
As experienced politicians who deal with the Chinese Communists in foreign trade, politics, economy, and international affairs for many years, you may be already aware of the following five points about the CCP, but hope the following will help you refresh them:
1. You should keep in mind that the communist’s ideology originated from Marxism and Maoism which are inhumane, cold-blooded, heartless and immoral. They do not have the good moral belief system and value system. They have no normal and healthy mentality, personality, and integrity in general regarding all practices regardless inside the country or globally. They do not practice democracy, nor they follow the rule of law. They don’t have morality, responsibility and honesty when dealing with people. They do not care about people’s rights, freedom, equality and public opinion. They also have no general sense and faith in God, justice, and morality, and do not believe in the concept of Karma. They only focus on and more believe in their power, dictatorship, authority, interests, force and lie. They are selfish, greedy, arrogant, ruling and controlling. They don’t care about their people, and want to shut their door to do whatever they want on their own citizens. Even a little criticism to them, they will treat you as enemy no matter you are their citizen or foreigner. All western free country’s values such as democracy, freedom and equality are their enemy because these values interfere their dictatorship. They think the US is their number one enemy. Sometime they may not let you see their true face or even treat you nice superficially but they can be very insidious, deceive and cunning, making you big trouble behind you. These evil natures are the communist’s consciousness, ideology, philosophy and characteristics. There is no difference between communist party and the Nazi Party, or in fact the communist can be even more worse. If you do not understand these CCP’s evil natures, and if you do not hold strong moral and justice righteousness, then it is hard for you to avoid and overcome the troubles CCP caused to you or will always be deceived, fooled, or even failed in many issues.
Please note that the CCP is not China and the CCP does not represent Chinese people because Chinese people did not elect them as their government. Also CCP’s bad natures are not belonging to Chinese nation. In fact traditional Chinese values are supposed to be honesty, humble, respectful, truthful, cooperative, forgiving, and also evaluate and respect the freedom, peace, equality and human rights. Differentiating Chinese people and Chinese communist is very important. Chinese people want the country become democratic country like the United States. The US government should stand on the Chinese people’s position to end the CCP dictatorship.
In addition to the evil natures of CCP’s value system, its one-party dictatorship controls the public security, police force, court, law system, army, media, cultural and education systems. Zhou Yongkang’s Politics & Law Committee is such an illegal system through that the CCP controls all these system. Therefore, the CCP government is not under any public monitoring and restriction through people or media in the country. Therefore the CCP regime is very corrupted and out of date at today in the democratic world.
2. You may already accessed a lot of information about China’s human rights and know they have very poor human rights record over many years, and never get improved but only get worse and worse. The CCP always say they have improved human rights. They refuse all criticism on their poor human right record. They used to lie and say the opposite of the truth. Mr. Chen was persecuted and isolated by CCP regime for many years. If he did not escape to the US embassy, he may live without ay freedom for his whole life. Mr. Chen’s case is just one of the countless human right violation cases in China. The CCP even can harvest live Falun practitioners’ organs and kill them without any legal trial, simply because of their belief, so you can imagine what evil things they cannot do to their own citizens. The persecution of Mr. Chen, other human right activists such as lawyer Gao Zhisheng, etc., and as well Falun Gong practitioners have been going on for many years already. The U.S. has urged Chinese communist many times to improve their human rights and stop the persecution, but they have never done so, but even get worse.This is due to their evil system and philosophy as mentioned above in the section of 1. Therefore you should keep in mind that there is no hope that the CCP itself can stop suppressing their people and improve human rights in China. Only when Chinese people speak out, and with the support and cooperation of strong democratic country like the US, and dissolution of the Chinese communist regime will bring the hope. Therefore, the U.S. should not help the Chinese communist regime stay stable or escape form the punishment for the guilty, but should work with Chinese people to expose CCP’s evil doings including its human right violation, and help Chinese people end the communist dictatorship.
3. Communist has been always inconsistent between their saying and doing, and never trustworthy. Through the Wang Lijun incident, the world saw clearly the internal conflicts and struggle within the communist party. Therefore one may made a commitment with you, and another may do the opposite and break the agreement. In fact this actually happened; the head of Politics and Law Committee, Zhou Yongkang, just did and is still doing this on Mr. Chen’s case. He never stopped suppressing Mr. Chen, his family and suppoters over many years in the past, during and after the Mr. Chen case was focused internationally. The trouble of breaking the agreement is directly linked with the implementation of the human rights violations by the Politics and Law Committee Zhou Yongkang. They are the same murderers who persecuted Mr. Chen, other human rights activists and Falun Gong group over many years. Knowing this is very important. In fact, this Zhou’s system was under Jiang Zemin, the previous head of the CCP. This group of people in the CCP is called blooded party or blooded group, meaning they killed people and will be brought to justice soon. It’s why they try so hard to strengthen their power by attempting to turn down the Xi Jinping’s power. The blooded group includes Jiang Zeming, Zhou Yongkang, Bo Xilai, Zeng Qinghong, etc., and has controlled the Politics and Law Committee. Therefore the Wang Lijun incident and Mr. Chen Guangcheng’s case are all related with this blooded group. The US should know about this and this is not interfering their internal issues. This is about make choice of the good against evil. The U.S. should put the central efforts of Mr. Chen’s case on investigating the original criminals, and raise this issue as an International Human Right Law Violation.
It is possible that the US initiates an UN effort to investigate, explore and punish the CCP Zhou Yongkang group violating the national human rights in China. Their systematic human right violation is an national terrorism. To stop it, an international effort should be involved. It is not too late. I recommend that the United States immediately appeal the Union Nations and initiate the issue to investigate Mr. Chen’s case regardless of the CCP’s opinion. CCP will never want their own problems explored and criticized. This is not their internal politics of Chinese government. It is the international human right and humanitarian issue. At the same time the US should urge the Chinese government to immediately arrest the local murderers to justice first, and then start the investigation from the local area to the central government. This should be the main direction of the US treating the Mr. Chen’s case since the evey beginning, but now it is not late yet. Of course, protecting Mr. Chen and his family’s safety and helping them leave China for the US is fine. But Mr. Chen can still help progress the investigation of his case.
4. Chinese communist has never accepted the criticisms, especially the criticism about its poor human rights practice. For the criticism from their citizens, they label and suppress you as enemy who wants to overthrow the country, while for the criticism from foreign countries they treat you as foreign enemy or anti-China force, and criticize you interfering their internal affairs. This is because they have totally different value system that is opposite of fundamental humanity, morality, ethics, human rights and demoncracy. They focus on their own regime’s interest and power, therefore our values such as democracy, human rights, equality, the rule of law, justice, morality, etc., actually cause their fear and discomfort. It is why they are so angry with these, and think we interfere what they do.
In fact, even though you do nothing, but just your existence with your moral value itself will still cause them disgusted. Mr. Gary Locke Ambassador sitting the seat of economic class on the flight, or eating everyday restaurant like ordinary Chinese civilians do, his simple lifestyle also became their attached target. They think you are purposely promote US values and make their corrupted officials look bad. This is just like Falun Gong practitioners do nothing but just believe in Truth, Compassion and Tolerance, then they persecute them as the enemy of communist party.
Therefore, as long as something positive, ethical, justice, righteous, moral, and then it certainly becomes their target to attack. So, no matter how hard you do their favor, the US is their enemy as long as you have your value system. Doing the trade to growth their economics is their purpose, it’s why they still work with you, but in fact inside their minds you are not their friend or partner to trust, to care about or to cooperate with. Cooperating with the CCP or doing the CCP favor, will only encourage evil, and damage and make dangers yourself and the entire America. The only way to get out of this complicated situation with the communist party is to eliminate the communist system in China.
The US government has to choose one of the following two choices, 1) to leave the CCP alone and allow them to continue violating human rights in China, and then as result you will ever loss the supports from American people, Chinese people, the world, and God; and 2) to stand out for American value and fight for the justice and morality by working with the international society UN towards the investigation of the CCP and punishment of the CCP, and as the result God and people will ever support you.
The second choice is what I highly recommended. I believe that people in the US, China and the world will support you in the second choice. The United States stands firmly to appeal to the UN towards the investigating the criminals who violated the international human rights law in China. This action is not interfering Chinese government internal politics, but this is the actual action to defend American values and protect the international human right law.
5. The CCP’s philosophy and belief system have no ethical and moral value. They do not have the moral and ethical power to gain people’s trust and respect, therefore they always try to use human’s selfishness, utilitarian mind and attachment on the material interest to induce, coerce, and cheat people. If you are not righteous enough to stand on your ground of spiritual and moral value, then they will break through your moral and ethical fortress, and you will fall into their trick, and be controlled by their way. If you are only seeking immediate interest but ignoring your moral value, then they can get you into their cycle. However, remember that you won’t never beat them in the evil way because they are the expert at it.
For example, in the international affairs, the CCP always emphasizes US-China relations, the mutual interests, mutual respect, mutual benefit and cooperation, China wants to be stable for development, and Americans want jobs, and so on. All these sound good to everyone. For sure and of course, we United States do care about these issues. But we care about these on the basis of our higher values and principle, such as human rights, freedom, democracy, justice, morality, etc. However, the CCP emphasizing these material interests or immediate benefits is because they want us to give up our principle and values, give up the moral and ethical standards, and then go their way to say nothing about their suppressing their citizens and violating human rights in their country. Sometime they imply that if we do not follow their way, then they will make us hard time in the economic trade and mutual relationship and we will loss benefits. They are very evil by doing this way. This is a big test for the United States with regard to our moral rightousness.
In fact, although the CCP repeatedly emphasize people’s interest, but actually they never care about the interests of their people. Otherwise they would not so badly persecute their own citizens. Thus the U.S. officials dealing with the communists must be particularly clear-headed and mindful to stand out for our American’s values and principles. Our government officials should always keep our moral values in mind first, ever more than other interests. Holding our values of morality and justice, will gain the support from people, and the economic benefits will be not lost or even greater. If you have a fear about loss of the interests, then they would lose both the moral value and the benefits of interest.
In summary, again I would like to repeat the suggestions for our government:
1. Have a clear understanding about the CCP’s evil nature, and do not cooperate with them, and nor do compromise.
2. Do not pursuite short period of interest and loss the most important value of America.
3. Truly represent the American values and listen to the voice of the people of the US, China, and the world.
4. Support the Chinese people to end the CCP dicadicship and achieve the success in democratic movement.
5. Initiate the motion of international human rights cases, directly by the United Nations to launch the investigation and punishment of Mr. Chen case, and promote China’s human rights improvement and democratization.
2012 is the moment that every individual and every government chose the way of God, moral wakening, spiritual purification, and walking to the bright future. The U.S. people and government face the test; we will stand for the value of peace, justice, human right, freedom, love and compassion, while we will never go with the anti-God, anti-morality and anti-humanity Chinese Communist for the doomed hell!
