禪坐在那不為眾所注目的一角

自生，自長

自持

孤獨自樂

任風雨霜雪加身

以至

苦自己吃，傷痛自己療癒

默默無言，默守自我

不慕榮利

不去攀緣

甚至不靠甚麼外力

不靠任何扶持

不冀求分外

Admires of honour and wealth no

Climb the social ladder through pull no

Even what kind of the force no

Relies on support no

Wishes to be beyond his duty no

Silently

Do his duty silently
