【大紀元6月5日訊】6月8日勞改基金會將在國會的Rayburn 大樓舉辦有關中國的計劃生育政策的會議。這場由共和黨議員Christoper Smith 贊助的討論會邀請了中外專家和政策的參與者與會作報告。會議由凱瑞 ••肯尼迪（Kerry Kennedy, 羅伯特 •肯尼迪紀念基金會創始人）女士主持，國家民主基金會總裁卡爾•格許曼(Carl Gershman)作總結報告。發表演講的人包括：勞改基金會主任吳弘達、國際特赦組織亞太部主任庫馬(Kumar)、新疆企業家良心犯熱比婭、前福建省計生官員高小端、前美國人口公署官員埃爾德博士 (J.
