他是一個愛蘆葦的人

從小他便每日

和蘆葦形影不離

採蘆葦花當鬍子

用蘆葦莖做蘆笛吹……

長大後更種起蘆葦來

種得它們開出

雪白的蘆葦花

在河岸

在河床

在他自己的頭髮上

在他自己的鬍子上

He is a man who loves the reeds

He could not get away from the reed

Since he was a child

He plucked the reed flowers to be his beard

He made a pipe of the reed

When he grew up

He planted the reed

Till they blossomed with the snowy flowers

On the bank and the base

Of the river

On the hair and the beard

Of himself
