挾著誘人的肉體

高聲擾攘的淫邪氣體

被夏天的烈陽驅趕著

紛紛你推我擠地爭著

從窗戶湧進來

要壓榨出我的汗滴

要污染得我全身黏膩不堪

我則擁著淡泊寧靜

耽讀我心怡的詩書

讓文字洗刷我的內心

使炎熱、污穢和雜念盡去

代之以清涼和禪意

如一塊定靜的磐石

安度炎炎長夏

Drove by the scorch summer

The excessive gas haranguing

With the tempt bodies

Push and throng in a continuous stream

Gush from the windows strive

To squeeze my sweat

To pollute me into dull

However, I embrace the elegant and quiet

Indulge in reading the books of poems which I feel ease

Let the verses to wash and brush my inner mind

Replace the scorch, dirty and miscellaneous thinking

With cool and Buddhist meditation

Like the bedrock be at ease

Pass the summer Leisurely@
