【大紀元2022年05月07日訊】（大紀元記者林紫蓉報導）週五（5月6日），位於法國第戎（Dijon）的國際美食和葡萄酒中心（international Gastronomy and Wine center）揭幕。

法國美食傳統自2010年11月16日以來被列入聯合國教科文組織（UNESCO）非物質遺產名錄，巴黎政府於2013年決定創建一個「美食城堡」。

第戎是被選中的美食城市四個其中之一，代表主題為「葡萄栽培和葡萄酒」。第戎除了葡萄酒之外，同時也是芥末之都。

6日，國際美食和葡萄酒中心吸引了眾多民眾，法國前總統弗朗索瓦・奧朗德（Francois Hollande）也到場參觀。現場陳列的食物除了葡萄酒外，還有芥末、乳酪等美食。
