一個看守拿著一條粗布繩走到我們跟前。那處長問我：「認不認的這是什麼？」

我說：「認的，就是施酷刑時用來綁我的。」

那處長說是的，看守已經承認了，這條布繩一直放在三大隊的倉庫裡。

他已把它拍成照片，讓我在那上面簽名、打指紋。

最後他對我說：「這些材料將全部上交省政府領導，由領導決定怎麼處理有關人員。」

我問他：「大概需要多長時間？」

「很快的。」

「屆時能不能告知我和我的家人有關人員的處理情況？」

「行。」
