【大纪元2012年04月06日讯】V4月5日，纽约贾维茨中心，“大众（Volkswagen) Up”从34款候选车中脱颖而出，最终压过“宝马3系”和“宝时捷(Porsche) 911”，荣膺“2012年度世界风云车(2012 World Car of the Year)”。此奖被视为年度最具世界级份量的汽车制造业界两大奖项之一，是由64位汽车领域的权威媒体人士，经过数月的评选而出。本年度“最佳性能车”、“最佳设计车”及“绿色车”分别为保时捷911系列、路虎（Land Rover)Evoque及奔驰 S250 CDI BlueEfficiency。
