攀登上去！攀登到最高处！

攀登上去！任它山有多高多峻多险，路有多狭窄多崎岖多难行，即使再加上天候的恶劣——是寒冷透骨、风雨交加或烈日曝晒，都不能阻挡一个人向上的意志。坚强的意志可以克服一切艰难险阻。只要一意向上！只要一意向上！一步有一步的进境。积小步可以成为大步。“虽覆一篑，进，吾进矣！”

从清晨太阳的冉冉升起，可以看见攀登的影像；从火苗的渐次旺燃起来，也可以看见攀登的影像；此外，可以看见攀登的影像的，还有动物、植物的渐次长大，小孩子身心的渐次成熟，读书人研究的渐见成绩，运动员能量的渐次增进，修道者工夫的渐次增加……。

攀登上去！攀登是一件大事。要摒除一切杂念的羁绊，全身投入，全心投入，集中精神，专注定力，不稍松懈，即使汗流浃背，受伤流血，疼痛不已，也要全力攀登。需要勉力为之，不可放弃。所有成功都需孜孜不倦，坚持努力，忍苦耐劳。

Climb up! In spite of how high, loft, and dangerous the mountain, how narrow, rough and hard to walk the road, even adds fierce of the weather—the cold stings the bone, rains cat and dog, or in the scorching sun, can’t block the intension of a person to go upward. Strong intention can conquer all the difficulty and danger. Only upward in disregard of any disturb! Only upward in disregard of any disturb! There is a progress one step and one step. Small step can accumulates into big step. “Progress, I progress though it’s only a qui of soil.”

Must get rid of all the fetters of miscellaneous thoughts, put in whole body, put in whole heart, concentrate whole mind, concentrate all attention, don’t loose a little, even streaming with sweat, be hurt and bleed, ache extremely, also must climb up with whole heart. We must manage with an effort, never give up. All the success needs diligent assiduously, insist to hard work, bear servitude and tax on energy.
