Plaintiff Zeng Xiamin is the resident of the State of New York. Her address is xxxx, xxx, New York 11355.
Plaintiff Zeng Xiamin originally lived in Shanghai, China, the People’s Republic of China (hereinafter PRC), at the address 115 Xinghuo Cun, Jiangqiao, Jiading, Shanghai, China. Our family had a house of 8000 square feet and a yard of 3 acres. However, the defendant Beijing-Shanghai High-Speed Railway Inc. with helps of the other defendants Yu Zhengsheng, Han Zheng Shanghai Municipal Government, and the Ministry of Railway of the People『s Republic of China, robbed our land and demolished our house on Feb. 25th, 2011, without the owner’s consent.
The plaintiff Zeng Xiamin and her family members were continuously persecuted or jailed because they didn’t give up their ownership of the land and the house.
Injuries：
The plaintiff’s house of 8000 square feet was demolished. The plaintiff’s land of 3 acres was robbed. The plaintiff was arrested more than 20 times. Several firms owned by the plaintiff were forced to be closed or bankruptcy. Compensation: The plaintiff asks the defendant Beijing-Shanghai High-Speed Railway Inc. to give the plaintiff $200,000,000 as compensation for the 3 acre land and 8000 square feet house. The plaintiff asks the defendant Yu Zhengsheng to give the plaintiff $1,000,000 as compensation for his malfeasance. The plaintiff asks the defendant Han Zheng to give the plaintiff $1,000,000 as compensation for his malfeasance. The plaintiff asks the defendant The Ministry of Railway of the People『s Republic of China to give the plaintiff $10,000,000 as compensation.

這是曾霞敏家的土地所有權證。通常，中國的房屋土地使用權證只有70年使用期限。但這裡列出的土地所有權證同那些房屋土地使用權證是不同的，是沒有使用期限的，從法律上講，這個土地所有權證書具有永久使用權。
這是京滬高鐵上海段的拆遷許可證，按照《土地管理法》和《基本農田保護條例》，徵用基本農田由國務院審批。這個拆遷許可證涉及平米2584564平米（約 合4000畝）土地，包括我家15畝土地，是由上海市嘉定區房屋管理局頒發的，根本沒有經過國務院審批，是嚴重違法的。
這個強制徵用通知書是基於上面的違法偽造的拆遷許可證頒發的，也必定是違法的。
強拆我家時中共上海市政府派遣300多武裝人員，將我家的五名成員強行綁架，將我家人關押在不同地方長達三天之久，致使我奶奶心臟病發作，醫院先後三次發出病危通知書。我母親被打，全身多處瘀傷青腫，肩胛骨骨折。這是我母親曾國娟後來到醫院做檢查時由醫生發的驗傷書。
