Because most of them are regular client since they opened (13 years ago ) that time university student bring their friend and they got the job and bring their co-worker and girl or boyfriend and they married they bring their kids so it is quite regular client. There are some people talk about when they go to Owl BBQ patio, (usually 20~ 40 age group, fashionable ^^) they need to done their hair^^. BBQ patio has theme of beach of Maxico. (last three years theme and before it was school themes for a while. and then other korean restaurant followed recently. But it was Owl’s idea and Owl BBQ lead the trend )

The Owl Of Minerva opened its first restaurant in Toronto in 2001. It was soon noticed by people that this Korean restaurant’s food is so delicious and healthy.The number of guests have grown rapidly, and one place has not been able to accommodate everyone. In order to meet the requirements of local diners, The Owl has opened 10 branches in addition to the old stores in North York. There are located in downtown Toronto, Mississauga, Markham, Richmond Hill, Ottawa and other places. Now, her 11th store will be opened in Aurora!

Min, the owner of the new branch, is very excited about the opening of the new branch. She has loved cooking since she was a child. She not only makes the delicious dishes herself, but also makes kimchi, hot and spicy sauce, and even makes soy sauce by herself.
