Since the beginning of the Sino-US trade war, the United States has imposed a 10% tariff on many Chinese goods exported to US. In order to keep the rising costs under control, many US companies have either reduced trade volume with Chinese companies or gone to other countries for imports. Consequently, the business of many Chinese companies have fallen sharply. However, Toronto’s TriForest Flooring Inc. is an exception. Why are the US clients remaining loyal to TriForest Flooring? With this curiosity, recently I interviewed Mr. Zhang, CEO of TriForest Flooring. He shared with me, two secrets for keeping his clients loyal to his business.
