【大紀元2012年05月31日訊】報告中，公佈了關於中共掌控的軍隊、武警醫院系統涉嫌參與活體摘取法輪功學員器官的證據。這些證據充分證實了中共軍警醫院參與謀殺法輪功學員，構成了群體滅絕性犯罪。由於中共軍隊的特殊地位和自成系統的極權管理，導致其對法輪功的迫害更加殘酷和隱秘。此報告進一步證實了時任中央軍委主席的江澤民對法輪功學員「名譽上搞臭，經濟上搞垮，肉體上消滅」的滅絕政策的真實存在，江利用國家機器(包括軍隊和武警)全面系統地對法輪功實施了群體滅絕性迫害。
自99年中共開始迫害法輪功以來，中共軍隊系統醫院開展了超常量的器官移植手術，很多醫院的器官移植中心短短的幾年就完成了數千例移植手術。中央軍委直屬部隊醫院、七大軍區總醫院和絕大部份軍醫大學附屬醫院無一例外地參與了器官移植。許多不符合移植手術條件的軍隊序號醫院和武警醫院都大力開展器官移植手術，公佈的器官移植數量巨大。第二軍醫大學附屬上海長征醫院在其廣告上稱肝移植病人的平均等候供肝時間為一週。異常短暫的等候時間意味著軍隊醫院系統隨時有大批的潛在供體。而多所武警醫院宣揚的「供體來源充足」背後是由被非法關押的法輪功學員構成的活體器官供體庫。
中共軍隊醫院以「器官移植為龍頭，帶動多學科發展」，通過器官移植賺取巨額資金，為軍隊預算增加了經費，使軍隊醫院的醫療設備和規模升級，同時也使參與的個人獲利甚豐。這些豐厚的利益極大地刺激了中共軍隊、武警醫院系統大規模活體摘取法輪功學員器官的罪行。
鑒於軍隊、武警系統自成系統的特殊性，一條龍的黑箱操作掩蓋著軍隊醫院系統全面參與活體摘取法輪功學員器官的黑幕，本報告公佈的證據僅僅是冰山的一角。

Investigative Report on the Chinese Military and Armed Police Forces Hospitals』 Involvement in the Live Organ Harvesting from Falun Gong Practitioners
WOIPFG releases new report in Chinese, English version to follow
On May 29, 2012, the World Organization to Investigate the Persecution of Falun Gong (WOIPFG) released a new report containing evidence of Chinese military and armed police forces hospitals』 involvement in the live organ harvesting from Falun Gong practitioners. These evidences sufficiently prove that the CCP controlled military hospitals have committed the crime of genocide by murdering Falun Gong practitioners for their organs. Due to the military』s unique political standing and autonomous status within the CCP regime, the persecution of Falun Gong within the military and armed police forces is often much stealthier and crueler. This report further proves the existence of Jiang Zemin』s policy of 「ruining their reputations, exhausting their finances, and destroying them physically」 against Falun Gong practitioners. Jiang Zemin, then Chinese military commander-in-chief, has committed the crime of genocide by persecuting Falun Gong practitioners using state apparatus, including PLA and armed police forces.
Since the persecution started in 1999, hospitals in the military system performed large quantities of organ transplant operations. Some hospitals claim to have performed thousands of operations in the short period of a few years. Almost all hospitals affiliated with the Central Military Commission, seven military regions and most military medical universities have performed organ transplant operations. Even with insufficient qualifications, many small numerical hospitals and armed police forces hospitals in the military system also performed organ transplant operations. The published numbers of operations are alarmingly large. Shanghai Changzheng Hospital is affiliated with the Second Military Medical University. On its website, Shanghai Changzheng Hospital claimed that the average wait time for liver transplant is one week. The unusually short wait time implies the existence of a large organ donor bank controlled by the military. Many armed police corps hospitals advertised 「ample donor sources,」 which is an indication of the existence of a donor bank consisting of large numbers of jailed Falun Gong practitioners.
Chinese military hospitals follow the strategy of 「multi-disciplinary development led by organ transplant.」 Indeed, the organ transplant is a lucrative business for the military hospitals and individuals. The profit of live organ harvesting from Falun Gong practitioners have stimulated the crime to increase in size and scale.
The black-box operation of the Chinese military system has largely covered up the genocidal crime against Falun Gong practitioners. What has been revealed in this report is merely the tip of the iceberg.
WOIPFG urges the international community to take immediate actions to end the persecution of Falun Gong in China!
