【大紀元2018年03月02日訊】（大紀元記者高強編譯報導）達拉斯-沃斯堡地區是全美經濟最熱的地區之一。每年吸引了成千上萬的新居民移居到這裡來。
雖然很多新來的居民選擇了出租公寓，但是對獨立房屋租賃的需要也十分巨大。
來自德州農工大學房地產中心和北德州房地產信息系統的數據顯示了城內哪些地區的房屋租賃成本最高，哪些地區的房屋租賃成本較低。
其中達拉斯地區房屋租金最貴的地區是南湖市(Southlake)，房屋平均月租金達3,800美元。其次是Park Cities地區，平均月租金也要2,800美元。
東北達拉斯和東南達拉斯則是房屋租金最便宜的地區，兩地區的平均月租金均只需1,250美元。
