【大纪元2013年02月17日讯】（大纪元记者张君怡编译报导）职业生涯中，几乎每个人都经历过面试，这是一个让对方了解自己的过程，一个交流与沟通的过程。通常对方提问多，面试者回答多，直到谈话近尾声，对方会特别留出时间让面试者提问。这个时候，如何发问也有讲究。CNN根据近日对650位美国人力资源专家和招聘经理的调查发现，面试者提出的问题有时五花八门，奇奇怪怪。专家说，类型以下的问题在面试中，不适合提出，它们或显示出面试者缺乏职业态度，或心思过于散漫，或提问过于幼稚，只能为面试者减分。
面试中，不适宜的提问举例：
• 这份工作是干什么的？（”What job is this for?”）
• 我必须每天都来上班吗？（”Do I have to be at work every day?”）
• 你愿意和我约会吗？（”Would you go on a date with me?”）
• 这位老板是单身吗？（”Is the boss single?”）
• 这里的女员工都怎么工作？（”What are the women who work here like?”）
• 你想不想坐我的新车兜兜风？（”Do you want to take a ride in my new car?”）
• 这间办公室的油漆是什么颜色的？（”What color is the paint in this office?”）
• 你能给我的伴侣提供工作机会吗？（”Do you have a job for my partner?”）
• 我能提前拿到薪水吗？（”Could I get a pay advance?”）
• 你们允许午睡吗？（”Do you allow midday naps?”）
• 我能把办公桌挪到靠近咖啡间的位置吗？（”Can I place my desk near the cafeteria?”）
• 你能帮我找到公寓住吗？（”Could you help me find an apartment?”）
• 我最快什么时候能开始休假？（”How soon can I take my first vacation?”）
• 我能每周二休息吗？（”Can I get every Tuesday off?”）
• 我能否每3个月休假3个星期，用来继续我的音乐事业？（ “Can I have three weeks off every three months to pursue my music career?”）
• 我生日那天，能休假吗？（”Can I have my birthday off?”）
人力资源专家特别指出，上述最后四个关于休假时间的问题，涉及薪酬福利，最好在雇主已经明显表示出将聘用你时，再提出来。
提问属沟通技巧的范畴。同样的问题，以不同的角度和措辞表达时，传达给对方的意思和感受有时完全不同。下面这些问题在招聘专家看来，就非常适度并反映出面试者不俗的职业素质。
面试中，合适的提问：
• 您如何描述这项工作的职责？（How would you describe the responsibilities of the position? ）
• 您如何描述这份工作在一天（一周）内的大致情形？（How would you describe a typical week/day in this position? ）
• 通常这里一周的工作情形是什么样的？需要加班吗？（What is the typical work week? Is overtime expected? ）
• 这个部门/办公室，一共有多少员工？（How many people work in this office/department? ）
• 这是贵公司的一个新职位吗？如果不是，之前做这个职位的员工现在做什么？（Is this a new position? If not, what did the previous employee go on to do? ）
• 贵公司的管理风格是怎样的？（What is the company’s management style? ）
• 这个职位向谁汇报？如果我得到这份工作，能事先和上司见一面吗？（Who does this position report to? If I am offered the position, can I meet him/her? ）
• 这份工作需要出差吗？（How much travel is expected? ）
• 这份工作的未来发展机会如何？（What are the prospects for growth and advancement? ）
• 员工在贵公司的职业发展如何？（How does one advance in the company? ）
• 可以举些具体例子吗？（Are there any examples? ）
• 您在这里的工作体验如何？（What do you like about working here? ）
• 您需要应试者提供先前工作经历的调查吗？（Would you like a list of references? ）
• 如果我得到这份工作，几时起需要开始上班？（If I am extended a job offer, how soon would you like me to start? ）
• 关于我的资质，您需要了解哪些问题？（What can I tell you about my qualifications? ）
• 您对我还有其它问题需要了解吗？（Are there any other questions I can answer for you?）
• 我大概什么时候能收到有关本次面试的回复？（When can I expect to hear from you? ）
