【大紀元2013年02月17日訊】（大紀元記者張君怡編譯報導）職業生涯中，幾乎每個人都經歷過面試，這是一個讓對方瞭解自己的過程，一個交流與溝通的過程。通常對方提問多，面試者回答多，直到談話近尾聲，對方會特別留出時間讓面試者提問。這個時候，如何發問也有講究。CNN根據近日對650位美國人力資源專家和招聘經理的調查發現，面試者提出的問題有時五花八門，奇奇怪怪。專家說，類型以下的問題在面試中，不適合提出，它們或顯示出面試者缺乏職業態度，或心思過於散漫，或提問過於幼稚，只能為面試者減分。
面試中，不適宜的提問舉例：
• 這份工作是幹甚麼的？（”What job is this for?”）
• 我必須每天都來上班嗎？（”Do I have to be at work every day?”）
• 你願意和我約會嗎？（”Would you go on a date with me?”）
• 這位老闆是單身嗎？（”Is the boss single?”）
• 這裡的女員工都怎麼工作？（”What are the women who work here like?”）
• 你想不想坐我的新車兜兜風？（”Do you want to take a ride in my new car?”）
• 這間辦公室的油漆是甚麼顏色的？（”What color is the paint in this office?”）
• 你能給我的伴侶提供工作機會嗎？（”Do you have a job for my partner?”）
• 我能提前拿到薪水嗎？（”Could I get a pay advance?”）
• 你們允許午睡嗎？（”Do you allow midday naps?”）
• 我能把辦公桌挪到靠近咖啡間的位置嗎？（”Can I place my desk near the cafeteria?”）
• 你能幫我找到公寓住嗎？（”Could you help me find an apartment?”）
• 我最快甚麼時候能開始休假？（”How soon can I take my first vacation?”）
• 我能每週二休息嗎？（”Can I get every Tuesday off?”）
• 我能否每3個月休假3個星期，用來繼續我的音樂事業？（ “Can I have three weeks off every three months to pursue my music career?”）
• 我生日那天，能休假嗎？（”Can I have my birthday off?”）
人力資源專家特別指出，上述最後四個關於休假時間的問題，涉及薪酬福利，最好在僱主已經明顯表示出將聘用你時，再提出來。
提問屬溝通技巧的範疇。同樣的問題，以不同的角度和措辭表達時，傳達給對方的意思和感受有時完全不同。下面這些問題在招聘專家看來，就非常適度並反映出面試者不俗的職業素質。
面試中，合適的提問：
• 您如何描述這項工作的職責？（How would you describe the responsibilities of the position? ）
• 您如何描述這份工作在一天（一週）內的大致情形？（How would you describe a typical week/day in this position? ）
• 通常這裡一週的工作情形是甚麼樣的？需要加班嗎？（What is the typical work week? Is overtime expected? ）
• 這個部門/辦公室，一共有多少員工？（How many people work in this office/department? ）
• 這是貴公司的一個新職位嗎？如果不是，之前做這個職位的員工現在做甚麼？（Is this a new position? If not, what did the previous employee go on to do? ）
• 貴公司的管理風格是怎樣的？（What is the company’s management style? ）
• 這個職位向誰匯報？如果我得到這份工作，能事先和上司見一面嗎？（Who does this position report to? If I am offered the position, can I meet him/her? ）
• 這份工作需要出差嗎？（How much travel is expected? ）
• 這份工作的未來發展機會如何？（What are the prospects for growth and advancement? ）
• 員工在貴公司的職業發展如何？（How does one advance in the company? ）
• 可以舉些具體例子嗎？（Are there any examples? ）
• 您在這裡的工作體驗如何？（What do you like about working here? ）
• 您需要應試者提供先前工作經歷的調查嗎？（Would you like a list of references? ）
• 如果我得到這份工作，幾時起需要開始上班？（If I am extended a job offer, how soon would you like me to start? ）
• 關於我的資質，您需要瞭解哪些問題？（What can I tell you about my qualifications? ）
• 您對我還有其它問題需要瞭解嗎？（Are there any other questions I can answer for you?）
• 我大概甚麼時候能收到有關本次面試的回覆？（When can I expect to hear from you? ）
