【大纪元2016年07月19日讯】（大纪元记者吴英编译报导）老外到中餐馆，点餐时如果有图文并茂的菜单，可能会松一口气，但有时看英译的菜名，可能还是会丈二和尚摸不着头脑，搞不清楚到底是什么。
英国《每日电邮》（Daily Mail）7月18日报导，整理中餐馆奇葩的英译菜名，并提供正确的英译。
1. 随便-综合果汁：whatever
令人捧腹的英译，它指的是assorted fruit juice。

2.烧香草银鳕鱼： God with Vanilla
真怪异，这个菜单应该是cod cooked with vanilla，但却成为另外一回事。
3.白油爆鸡枞：stir-fried wikipedia
不知道这个菜与维基百科（wikipedia）有何关系，它其实是鸡炒磨菇，chicken stir-fried termite mushrooms。
4.湖南泡菜系列：Dishes with Human Pickles
啊，这应该是笔误吧，将Hunan，写成Human了。
5.农家小炒肉： The peasant family stir-fried flesh for a short time
不知何故，炒猪肉变成炒肌肉，较正确的英译是rural stir fried pork。
6.干爆鸭子：F*** with duck until exploded
在大陆，干的简体字“干”，因此翻译字典常译成一个英文不雅字F***。这个菜名的正确英译是Deep fried duck。
7.日式烤鳗鱼：Rorsted Eel Japanese Style
又是笔误，应该是Roasted
8.牛仔肚：Cowboy Leg
无言了！
9.自制干肠：The self-restraint dose the intestines (建议英译Home-made sausages)
10.五谷杂粮： Grain miscellaneous grains (建议英译Assorted grains)
11.捞汁黑拉皮 Fishes the juice to pull the skin black (建议英译Black rice noodles in sauce)
12.生拆肉蟹豆腐 ：Health Demolition tofu recipe
这个英译会让人以为豆腐会有害健康。正确的英译是Hand-pulled crab meat cooked with tofu。
13.川水泼辣鸡：Chicken rude and unreasonable
粗暴且不理性的鸡，大概没人敢吃吧。比较好的译法是Sichuan style spicy chicken。
14.滋味掌手宝 ：Taste handheld devices
中文菜名，看不懂，英文让人更难懂，到底是什么菜啊？原来是美味的鸡爪：flavourful chicken feet cartilage。
15.锅仔沙爹灼美国肥牛：Fatty cow in the United States in dad in sand
一名爸爸在沙中与肥牛在一起？怎么吃？
更正确的译文是U.S-imported beef slices served in a clay pot with satay sauce。
