【大紀元2025年07月29日訊】【編者按】近日，香港警方再度援引《港版國安法》，對包括澳洲公民馮崇義博士在內的多名海外異見人士發布懸賞通緝，意圖跨境延伸中共式打壓，引發澳洲社會高度關注。作為澳洲價值守護聯盟創始人之一，馮博士長期堅守言論自由與民主價值，其遭懸賞不僅是對個人安全的威脅，更挑戰了澳洲的主權與法律秩序。澳洲價值守護聯盟（AVA）發表了正式的中英文聲明，強烈譴責香港當局的跨國打壓行徑，呼籲澳洲政府採取反制措施，捍衛公民權利與國家尊嚴。

澳洲價值守護聯盟強烈譴責香港當局懸賞緝捕澳洲公民、悉尼科技大學副教授馮崇義博士。香港當局此舉企圖跨境實施《國安法》，不僅嚴重威脅了澳洲公民的人身安全和言論表達自由，更是對澳大利亞國家主權的公然踐踏。
馮博士是成立於2016年的澳洲價值守護聯盟的創始人之一，是正直敢言的學者，為維護澳洲民主自由價值，阻遏共產專制滲透作出了重要貢獻。由於他的崇高聲望，他受邀加入「香港議會選舉籌備委員會」，因此被香港當局列入懸賞緝捕名單。
澳洲價值守護聯盟歡迎黃英賢外長和影子外長兼參議院反對黨領袖米開麗亞·卡什（Michaelia Cash） 的有關聲明，支持澳洲香港社區和公民的言論和集會自由。
我們懇請澳洲聯邦和地方警察加強對馮崇義博士和其他專制批評者的安全保護，讓每一位澳洲公民都享有言論自由和免於恐懼的自由。
我們懇請澳洲政府就香港政府的跨國鎮壓行為做出具體的反制措施。對那些直接參與決策或執行跨國鎮壓的香港政府官員，予以點名公開，列為「不受歡迎人員」，並禁止其永久入境澳洲。
AVA condemns Hong Kong Authorities for issuing Arrest Warrant with bounty on Australian citizen Chongyi Feng
The Australian Values Alliance strongly condemns the Hong Kong Authorities for issuing an arrest warrant with bounty imposed on Dr Chongyi Feng, an Australian citizen and an Associate Professor at the University of Technology, Sydney.
The Act of Hong Kong Authorities is an attempt to apply the Hong Kong National Security Law across borders. It is not only a severe threat to the life and the freedom of expression and assembly of an Australian citizen, but also a blatant infringement of the national sovereignty of Australia.
Dr Feng is one of the founding members of the Australian Values Alliance which was established in 2016. He is an academic of integrity and courage who has played a part in maintaining values of democracy and freedom of Australia and containing the massive infiltration from Communist dictatorship.
Due to his high reputation, he was invited to join the Hong Kong Parliament Electoral Organizing Committee, which offered an excuse for the Hong Kong Authorities to place him into the list of Arrest Warrants with bounties.
The Australian Values Alliance welcomes the announcements on this case made by Hon Senator Penny Wong, Minister for Foreign Affairs, and Hon Michaelia Cash, Shadow Minister for Foreign Affairs and Leader of the Opposition in the Senate, and supports the freedom of expression and assembly of the Hong Kong community and citizens in Australia.
We hereby request the Australian Federal Police and the New South Wales Police to reinforce personal safety protection for Professor Chongyi Feng and other dictatorship critics so that every citizen in Australia can enjoy freedom of expression and freedom from fear.
We also request the Australian government to take solid actions against the transnational repression by Hong Kong Authorities. Hong Kong officials who are directly involved in policy-decision or execution of transnational repression should be named and listed as persona non grata and banned from entry to Australia permanently.
