This picture was taken at Trinidad, Cuba.
Resolver is a term the Cuban people using to describe the endless effort to survive and enhance life by using every opportunity to earn more, like a tourist-bus driver who stop a buss full of tourists in the middle of the way to buy a bunch of bananas, which he will sell later in the market of Havana for more.
I was fascinated by the calmness on this man face. I stopped at his door, and he, without looking at me invited me in. He allowed me to take this photo, and didn't tried to sell nothing to me or to ask for money, as it happened a lot in such a situation in Cuba.
I chose this photo because the deep completion and concentration which rest on the man's face, who using his "siesta" time to create more income by braiding a basket made of no cost materials. There is something so gentle in the posture of his left, empty hand.
Another kind of dialog I find in this photo is between the braided back of the old rocking chair, and the braid in creation.(http://www.dajiyuan.com)
