修炼法轮大法后不久，折磨我多年的关节炎、头痛、背痛、腰痛、颈痛、牙痛……全都消失，记忆力和视力变的越来越好，身体变的一身轻，走多远都不累。过去我很怕爬那八层楼的楼梯回家，现在我能像燕子一样“飞”上八楼！
每次炼完功，我都感觉身体轻盈，头脑清新，心态祥和慈悲。（待续）

Upon my taking up Falun Dafa, the rheumatoid arthritis, toothache, headache, backache, waistache, neckache…which had tortured me for years, all miraculously disappeared; my memory and eyesight became ever better; my body became so light and spry I wouldn’t feel tired no matter how long I hiked. Before, I dreaded climbing the long stairs up to my flat on the eighth floor. Now, I could “fly” to the eighth floor like a sparrow!
Every time I finished practicing the exercises, my body felt light and spry, my mind felt clear and fresh, and my heart was full of serene and compassionate character.
