「求對話 要統一」逾萬西班牙民眾集會遊行

【大紀元2017年10月08日訊】10月7日(週六),西班牙多個城市爆發數萬民眾集會示威,呼籲國家團結,要求政府以對話化解加泰羅尼亞自治公投引發的「獨立」危機,他們喊出口號:「要麼談一談,要麼都下台!」

據法廣報導,在西班牙首都馬德里和巴塞羅那等多座城市7日爆發民眾集會遊行,數萬示威者或高舉國旗或身著白衣集會遊行,要求統一,並要求西班牙中央政府與加泰羅尼亞地方當局舉行對話。

在首都馬德里,成千上萬民眾舉行「愛國者」遊行,示威者展示西班牙國旗,許多人手持標語「我們想要讓(雙方)進行交談。」

示威者反對目前西班牙中央政府和加泰羅尼亞地方政府僵持不下的局面,直指西班牙首相拉霍伊(Mariano Rajoy)和加泰羅尼亞自治區主席普伊格蒙特(Carles Puigdemont),喊出口號:「要麼談一談,要麼都下台!」

據稱,週日馬德里還將舉行另一場「回歸理性」的集會,一些西班牙知名人士將參加集會。

在加泰羅尼亞首府巴塞羅那,週六也有數千反對獨立的示威者在市政府前示威。示威集會還蔓延到東南部的瓦朗斯以及巴斯克地區等地。

示威者要求加泰羅尼亞與其它地區對話。他們舉著用加泰羅尼亞語和官方西班牙語寫的「我們可以談談嗎?」的牌子。

據法新社報導,西班牙首相拉霍伊排除用調解方式解決危機,並維持在該地區的額外警力。如果加泰羅尼亞宣布獨立,就使用《憲法》中止加泰羅尼亞的自治。

他在《國家報》7日晚刊出的專訪中表示,西班牙政府能動用《憲法》權限暫停加泰隆尼亞地區自治,防止該地區脫離西班牙獨立。拉霍伊還表示,不會因危機而提前選舉。

而加泰羅尼亞地方議會原定於週一(10月9日)召開會議,可能在下週二(10日)宣布獨立。但西班牙憲法法院禁止其開會,以此阻止其宣布獨立。加泰羅尼亞自治區主席普伊格蒙特將在週二在議會講話。

在此前的加泰羅尼亞獨立公投中,超過90%的投票人贊成獨立。不過,投票率只有約43%。西班牙憲法法院隨即宣布公投非法。中央政府派出大量警力試圖阻止公投,封鎖了投票站、沒收選票,並動用暴力阻止民眾投票。數百人受傷。直到週五,馬德里中央政府的一名發言人才對警方的行為致歉。

據報導,許多加泰羅尼亞人不懈追求獨立,這有著悠久的歷史根源。縱觀其歷史,該地區要求自治獨立的呼聲以及鎮壓獨立的浪潮此起彼伏。#
