在英文報紙上，當你看到的不定詞to+V，如果是在主詞之後，是代表未來式，省略be+going。

另外新聞英語中的標點符號，也是有學問的。因為連接詞and也往往省略了，所以當你看到逗號「,」時，其實是代表「, and…..」
