Excitement is brewing for NTD’s Global Han Couture Design Competition. Students at one Hong Kong school got a special lesson on just what makes traditional clothing design so special.
令人興奮的新唐人全球漢服回歸設計大賽正在醞釀當中。在香港一間學校的學生，剛上了一堂關於傳統服裝設計為何如此特別的課。
NTD’s Global Han Couture Design Competition designs will be coming from ancient China’s Tang, Song and Ming dynasties. NTD’s project manager, Miss Chen is travelling in Hong Kong to promote and introduce the history of China’s traditional costumes.
新唐人的全球漢服回歸設計大賽的設計概念來自古代中國的唐朝、宋朝和明朝。新唐人的專案經理陳小姐，正旅遊至香港推廣並介紹中國傳統服裝的歷史。
Miss Chen says that Han couture fully demonstrates Chinese values of benevolence, righteousness, courtesy, wisdom and trust.
陳小姐表示，漢服完整地呈現了中國人仁、義、禮、智、信的價值。

Miss Chen hopes that students can come to a better understanding of their traditional culture by participating in the competition.

“Encouraging them to have more exposure to Han couture. I think that students can study and come to understand Han couture. I would like to achieve this effect.”
[陳小姐，新唐人專案經理]：
「鼓勵他們多曝曬在漢服當中。這樣我認為學生可以研究學習並更加瞭解漢服。我想要達成這樣的努力。」
The promotions are inspiring many students to consider entering the competition. Miss Chen hopes that prestigious schools in Hong Kong will create new trends in Han couture designs.
推廣活動啟發了許多學生考慮參加比賽。陳小姐希望香港有名的學校可以在漢服設計上創造新的趨勢。

“If we can gather such energy on Han couture, I believe it can shine and glow. And, of course, New Tang Dynasty is willing to play this role of counseling.”
[陳小姐，新唐人專案經理]：
「如果在漢服上我們可以集結這樣的能量，我相信它將會發光發熱。而且，當然了，新唐人會願意扮演諮商的角色。」
The Global Han Couture Design competition seeks not only to present the beauty of traditional costumes, but to revive age-old Chinese values.
全球漢服回歸設計大賽的目的不只是要呈現傳統服裝之美，還要復興古老的中國文化價值。
