This smartly dressed duo went into Graff Jewellers in London’s up market Mayfair district. They threatened staff with handguns, and briefly took a woman hostage. The robbers then ran away with 65 million U.S. dollars worth of jewelry.

Detective Pam Mace hopes their released pictures will help someone come forward and give out information.

“Well as you’ve seen they are fairly distinctive men within the pictures. I’m hoping that someone’s gonna say I know who that is, and ring us and tell us who it is.”

The robbers fired a shot as they left the premises. The staff member held hostage was left outside the shop and no one was injured.

The raid is thought to be one of Britain’s biggest jewel robberies.
