Hong Kong welcomed the Chinese New Year in grand style. Thousands of spectators lined up the streets on the first day of the Year of the Tiger Sunday.
香港盛大迎接中国新年。上千的围观者于虎年的第一天，周日在大街上列队。
The night parade featured over a dozen illuminated floats with dozens of overseas and national performing groups. Some of the international highlights are the San Diego Charger cheerleaders, an American salsa troupe, Russian dancers, Belgian Stilt walkers and the UK’s Notting Hill Carnival performers.
这场夜间游行以炫光的花车及数十位海外及全国的表演团体做为号召。一些国际最突出的表演团体如圣地亚哥啦啦队、美国萨尔萨ㄧ团、俄罗斯舞者，比利时踩高跷表演者及英国的诺丁丘嘉年华表演团。

"Well I think it's excellent and we must have it more, more times in a year. Maybe twice a year, the more the better."

This year marks the 15th anniversary of the Chinese New Year Parade organized by the Hong Kong Tourism Board.
今年是香港旅游局所举办的第15届中国新年游行。
