一、二、三，跳吧！
讓我們來跳繩，
比比看誰跳得高，
比比看誰跳的次數多。

讓我們來跳繩，
跳增彈性的力量，
跳開歡笑的花朵，
跳成我們健壯的體格。

跳離無知的坎井，
跳向廣闊的世界，
跳出一個完美無缺來。
