【大紀元2025年06月12日訊】（大紀元記者王君宜綜合報導）週四（6月12日），一架搭載242人的印度航空（Air India）客機於古吉拉特邦艾哈邁達巴德（Ahmedabad）機場起飛後不久發生墜機事故。目前相關單位仍在持續搜救與調查中。
路透社引述警方消息報導，這起事故已造成逾200人罹難，目前已確認至少1名乘客生還。
印度CNN News-18電視台報導，墜毀地點正位於國立B.J.醫學院（B. J. Medical College, Ahmedabad）宿舍餐廳的上方，造成許多醫學生不幸罹難。
從現場拍攝的照片與影片可見，飛機的殘骸散落在墜毀的建築物四周，機尾卡在建築物頂部。
社交媒體上傳出的視頻顯示，飛機墜落瞬間伴隨巨大爆炸與猛烈火勢，現場濃煙直竄天際。

印度航空隨後在社交平台X上發布聲明，證實失事航班編號為AI 171。該航班原定從艾哈邁達巴德飛往英國倫敦蓋特威克機場（Gatwick）。官方聲明還表示，航空公司已啟動緊急應變中心，並派遣支援團隊協助乘客家屬。

印度航空在一份聲明中說，這架客機上載有242名乘客和機組人員。其中，乘客分別包括169人為印度公民，53人為英國公民，1人為加拿大公民，7人為葡萄牙公民。
印度航空董事長納塔拉詹‧強達拉瑟卡倫（Natarajan Chandrasekaran）及母公司塔塔集團（Tata Group）亦發表聲明，表達深切哀痛。

印度總理莫迪表示，艾哈邁達巴德空難「令舉國震驚和悲傷」。

《印度快報》（Indian Express）等報導指出，事發時間為當地時間中午前後。目擊者稱飛機起飛時發出異常聲響，隨即墜落並起火。
事發後，當地警方與消防部門迅速封鎖事故現場周邊道路，動員多支消防隊與急救人員進行救援；國家災害應對部隊（NDRF）亦派遣90名人員前往。
艾哈邁達巴德機場一度全面暫停航班起降，並啟動緊急應變程序。印度民航總局（DGCA）已著手調查事故原因，初步不排除機械故障等因素。
