STORY: Typhoon Fung-Wong is slowly moving toward eastern China. But high wind gusts are causing havoc.
新聞內容：鳳凰颱風正緩慢朝向中國東部移動，但強風正引起損害。
A 69-year-old man died when he fell from the roof of his house. Another five people were reported injured in Taipei and Kaohsiung. Floodwaters are blocking major highways crossing central Taiwan.
一名69歲男子當他從住宅屋頂掉落時死亡。在台北與高雄有另五個人受傷。洪水造成台灣中部公路受阻。
[Taiwanese Resident]: “There is no dike. It is dangerous, but could be worse if it rains harder.” Electricity was cut to more than 140,000 households and another 10,000 are waiting for water.
一位居民說：「沒有堤防，很危險，但如果雨勢更大的話會更糟糕。」超過14萬戶停電，另有1萬戶正等待供水。
[Taiwanese Resident]: “This damage could cost hundreds of thousands. It’s bad.”

The storm’s approach generated rough sea warnings. Markets, offices and schools also closed for the day. Transport was disrupted with most domestic flights and rail services suspended.

Meanwhile, eastern China is bracing itself for Fung-Wong. The storm is predicted to hit Zhejiang and Fujian provinces tonight.

Most areas are still trying to recover from damage caused by Typhoon Kalmaegi, which struck just over a week ago.
大部份地區仍在從一週前的颱風卡玫基侵襲所造成的損害中復原。
