晨鸟鸣唱着，要唱走黑夜，唱来白天……。
在整个宇宙间，最忠诚于“早睡早起”的，可能是除了猫头鹰以外的所有鸟类。它们 总是把这句格言当成日常生活所不可少的东西。
只要是晴天，一早起，它们便开始不停地鸣唱。
吱吱喳喳，啁啁啾啾，咕噜咕噜，咿咿呀呀，喵呜喵呜，呜呜哇哇，啯啯咯咯……它 们鸣唱着，每一声鸣唱都是一句乐音，珠一般圆，玉一般润，高昂者有之，低沉者有 之，长音者有之，短音者有之，连续者有之，断续者有之，或强劲，或柔和，或独唱 ，或合唱，或齐唱，或轮唱……综合起来，便浑然成为一大合唱。
它们鸣唱着……。
随着它们的鸣唱，夜的黑暗渐渐离去，光明的白日随着太阳的冉冉上升渐渐来临……。
大地的脉搏渐渐动起来了。看，那些花、草、树木，惺忪的睡眼噙着泪珠，慢慢抬起 头来了。看，那些昆虫、禽类、兽类，从说梦中醒转来，开始叫、走、跑、跳了。看 ，人们从房子里走了出来，纷纷出发去做自己应分的工作。……
只要是晴天，每天一早，晨鸟便不停地鸣唱着，要唱走黑夜，唱来白天，在窗外，在 树上，在田野……。
