台灣黑熊已經少到快絕種了
全身佈滿漆黑絨毛
雄壯碩大，體力超強
看似愚拙，卻富於生命活力
老實忠厚，不主動攻擊人
獵人卻貪婪，昧著良心
千方百計設下陷阱
讓忠厚無戒心的牠們誤闖
而加以捕捉、殺害
或直接餵以獵槍
以致相繼折損，數量越來越少
甚至幾乎瀕臨絕種……
牠們是台灣的珍寶，台灣的圖騰
是亟需保護的稀有保育類動物
不能讓牠們絕種呀！
這可怎麼辦呢？
寄望那些獵人良心發現恐怕不易
最好還是回到山林裡去
牠們本來就該深居在山林裡
只是台灣的山林還有多少
保持原貌，沒被入侵？
它們的命運和台灣黑熊
又有什麼不同？

The black bear of Taiwan is on the edge of extinction
Covered with inky hair
It is strong and sturdy, of unusual physical strength
Seemingly awkward, it is full of vim and vigor
Loyal and faithful, it never takes the initiative to attack people
But greedy hunters, careless of their good conscience
Set up traps and snares to catch it
And the naïve black bear
Is thus caught and killed
Or fed with the hunting rifle
The number of black bears is accordingly reduced
Sharply to the edge of extinction…
It is the treasure of Taiwan, as well as the totem of Taiwan
It is the rare animal to be closely protected
Its extinction shall be prevented!
But what to do?
It maybe difficult for hunters to find their good conscience
It is better for it to return to the mountain forest
Which is its ideal place and shelter
But the mountain forest in Taiwan is also endangered
To keep the original status, free from any invasion?
Between the fate of the mountain forest and the black bear
What is the difference?
